We booked very late but their staff went up and beyond to organise a driver and car for our 3-day New Year trip to from Marrakech to Merzouga desert. Throughout the trip they made sure we were being taken care of and they also communicated with the desert camp on our behalf so we would be picked up/returned to our car.
We will definitely recommend them to friends planning to visit Morocco.

As it was my first trip to Africa, I decided to try Morocco, which I had always wanted to go to.
There were many uncertainties, such as the earthquake in September 2023, local transportation, and tours of the Sahara Desert, but Morocco Trails introduced me to a Moroccan restaurant in Nishi-Ogikubo, Japan.
Before the trip, they carefully explained the local situation and precautions, and our local guide, Ali, who speaks Japanese, was very polite and kind!
There are many things that I will never forget about my trip there, and they stopped at scenic spots with great views, visited traditional Moroccan souvenir shops, and visited places where I could feed monkeys, so I was able to experience things that I would never be able to experience if I were traveling alone.
And I will never forget the spectacular view of the Sahara Desert that I saw while riding a camel and the campfire I enjoyed at night with the Chinese students and the people at the campsite!
Thank you very much.
I hope to see you again next time I go to Morocco.

It was after the earthquake, but when I contacted Morocco Trails, who arranged the desert tour, they said, "It's fine," so we set off.
Our guide, Mr. Hammou, came to the airport.
It was helpful that he took time to see the sights and take breaks as needed, without making us bored on the long distance from Marrakech to Ouarzazate in the Sahara, crossing the High Atlas.
Of course, we were able to take our time to visit Ait Ben Haddou and the Todra Gorge, as requested.
In addition, we were able to avoid wasting time thanks to the flexible response to the schedule change of the camel tour due to bad weather.
We also had tea at Mr. Hammou's home as an option, which was a valuable experience for us as it gave us a glimpse into the life of an ordinary Moroccan household.
The season for flowers had already passed in the Rose Valley, but I imagine that we would have been able to see the beautiful flowers in full bloom around May.
In any case, I think it would have been tiring to drive a long distance alone in the heat.
I hope that Hammou himself will continue to drive safely and provide a fun guide.
His cheerfulness and stamina allowed us to enjoy the magnificent nature without getting bored.
It was an unforgettable trip. Thank you!

We got so lucky to find them! They are so wonderful and went to beyond for our request even it was in a last minute.
We hired them to arrange our 11 days trip in Morocco including every essence of beautiful Morocco with private car and driver.
The driver was so friendly and helpful, and every local tour guide we had in different city were great !
Unfortunately my husband got a sick in end of trip but Ali ( owner) was great help. Arranged a house call doctor, so my husband did not have to leave the hotel room and came with me to Phamacy to pick up medicines which I had no idea of French or Arabic. Ali speaks English and Japanese too !! Which is a big plus !
When we go back to Morocco I will use them in a heartbeat, if you go, we highly suggest to hire them.

我々も３社見積もりを取りましたが、短期間で様々な街に行きたいという希望を最もフレキシブルにアレンジして下さり、お世話になりました。カサブランカ発で、砂漠（メルズーガ）を回り4日目にはマラケシュに入りたいという要望でしたが、１泊目フェズ、２泊目メルズーガの砂漠キャンプ、３泊目ワルザザート、４日目マラケシュinを実現でき、大満足でした。我々はサリモさんと一緒に旅をしましたが、彼のおかげで、ベルベル人のスピリット、モロッコの風土、食事、音楽・・・何もかもかもに魅了されました。後半は自分たちのアレンジで旅しましたが、先に出会えたことで、その後の旅も充実しました。
They are very flexible to satisfy their customer's requests and very knowledgeable about everything in Morocco. Amazingly professional!

I just arrived home after a week in Morocco. I booked a private tour for me and my cousin with Morocco Trails and visited a lot of different places around the country, starting from Marrakech, then Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fes, Altas mountain, Merzouga and Sahara desert, Todgra gorge, Ai Ben Haddou, Ouazazarte and back to Marrakech. I can say that it was an experience of a lifetime! Mr Ali created a great itinerary and everything was very well-organised and went as planned. He was willing to answer all my questions and make changes to the trip itinerary so that we would be satisfied. Also, Brahim, our driver, was a great guy - very friendly, kind and helpful and he would take us anywhere we wanted. I would highly recommend a tour with Morocco Trails as it a great way to visit lots of different places in Morocco safe and comfortable!

We booked a one week car hire with Morocco Trails from Casablanca to Chefchaouen, Fez, Marrakech, Ait Benhaddou and back to Casablanca. Ali was very helpful in suggesting the best options and was fast to respond to any emails, always a plus when you've never been to a new place. Everything was well planned and as promised. The Prado was in excellent condition and our driver, Idir, was fluent in English and had extensive knowledge of the region. We also booked half day tours in Fez and Marrakech and these guides were also great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip around Morocco.

We wanted to visit Chauen, Sahara desert and Marrakech in 1 week and we did a tour just like we wished for with personal driver. We compared to other custom tour company and this was the cheapest . It was great experience. Mr Yamamoto replies to our detailed request about schedule or Riad promptly . He even helped us book the cheap flight. Very flexible about the schedule, where to stay or even payment currency. The driver Idir is very nice, knowledgeable about Moroccan history and is also a good driver . He took us to some place only locals would go and it was very unique experience.
Definitely recommend this company and definitely will use it next time I visit Morocco!

現地のドライバーのIdirもモロッコの歴史やローカル事情などのお話を沢山してくださったので、長い運転の日も楽しめました。道中でお菓子やフルーツをいただきました。
パッケージツアーより安く、自力でいくつかの街を回るより安心なのでおすすめです。またモロッコに行くときはぜひ利用したいです！

My wife, parents, and I recently returned from a 12-day trip through Morocco Trails. We were looking for a more personalized, tailored way to see the country than a typical structured tour. Over the course of two months, Ali of Morocco Trails, worked with me to create a custom itinerary based on our interests and the needs of my two older parents. Ali’s responsiveness was exemplary and his suggestions were thoughtful.
Morocco Trail’s professionalism extended from the planning phase to implementation. Our driver spoke excellent English, and while not a “tour guide,” his insights and suggestions greatly enhanced our experience. At all times, he showed care for our safety, comfort, and interests. The vehicle was a newer model Toyota Prado that performed very well, even on those windy High Atlas roads. The accommodations suggested by Ali turned out to be outstanding selections – a particular challenge given that the holiday season is Morocco’s busiest tourist time. The riads were personal experiences with beautiful décor and gracious hosts. Our luxury camp in the desert was intimate and remarkably comfortable. We also picked up several half-day local guides through Morocco Trails; each was very knowledgeable and had an obvious passion for the places they were showing us. Finally, Ali was instrumental in researching and booking other activities that interested us such as mountain trekking, wine tasting, and cooking classes.
Partnering with a tour company can sometimes be a challenge. In the case of Morocco Trails, it truly felt was a partnership. We received personal attention throughout the experience and excellent trip management service as well. I highly recommend this company.
