We had a great experience with this company and especially with our driver Lhoucine. He made the long car rides seem short and provided us with great facts and other information about Morocco. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and played great music. The camp in the desert was very nice as well and we enjoyed the entire journey. Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely amazing co pany to use when travelling through Morocco.
Everything is very well organised and the communication with Ishmael from the start was top standard.
It was incredibly relaxing to travel through the country on our private tour. Our guide Yousef was lovely and seemed to know everyone in Morocco! (No joke)
The camels/sahara and the milkway campsite were a highlight. How absolutely beautiful. We also had fun attempting to play the drums and sharing riddles with our Berber friends at the campsite.
We stayed at Dar Blue hotel on our second night and it was absolutely stunning. What a beautiful building. Also the food there was delicious!
Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone wanting an easy yet amazing trip through Morocco.
P.S. Yousef and our camel-guide Younes were both amazing photographers. Thanks guys for the fantastic memories. :) <3
Can't wait to go back, inshallah. ;)

This is without a doubt the most progressional tour team I have been able to be taking care of in many years. They are a wonderful family business that care about you as you were part of their family ❤️ they even invite my group of 20 women to their house where their mom greet us with mint tea and home made cookies 💕💕💕 This trip was magic from the begging to the end thanks to Rachid, Mustafa and the rest of this wonderful team!!!! I will travel to any place without worries if they would be my tour guys. Hope to see them again💯💯💯

We spend the time of our lives in this beautiful trip. Thanks guys, Rachid and Mostafa you are the best!

Riding camels in the Sahara Desert was definitely the highlight of my tour through the amazing Moroccan land. We arrived to Merzouga and quickly embraced the experience we were about to fulfill. Dromedary camels were lined up for each of us, and the visual of orange/golden dunes served as the background. Berbers dressed in their traditional attire welcomed us and guided us through a 1.5hrs ride through the dessert until we arrived to Milkyway Desert Camp. They were so helpful and dromedaries were gentle and friendly. The experience was one of the best of my life. We rode during sunset, the colors and reflections on the sand were amazing, and we stopped to take photos with the camels and landscape before the sun disappeared behind the dunes. If you are visiting Morocco, this is a MUST!

Our journey with Camel Excursions was fantastic. From the start the experience was very positive. The communication and arrangements we made with Ismail were easy and clear. We hired a charming and very competent driver who took us on our journey from Meknes, Volubilis, Fes, Marrakech, and finally to Taghazout. Our driver’s name was Youness Echarti and we became very fond of him because he was so kind and made us feel very safe in Morocco, which was extremely foreign to us coming from New York. In the car he shared some great music that he listened to in Morocco. He tried to teach us a little of the local lingo and we were pretty pathetic at it, but it was fun anyway; but we both remembered how to say “let’s go let’s go!”: Yallah Yallah 😆.

We had a 2 person private tour during Christmas. It was our best experience ever! We started from Fes, ended in Marrakesh, and saw so many different landmarks along the road, cliffs, mountains, deserts, and oasis. Amazing Morroco!!
The best part of the journey is the Sahara Desert in Merzouga. We spent one night in the Milky Way Desert Luxury Tent, which is equiped with hot water. We rided camels from the edge of the desert, and took about 1 hour to arrive the tent. The camels were very cute, and the riding was very fun. During the night, we saw the best skyfall in our entire life just 100 meters away from the camp. Because it is very dark in the desert, every single star is so clear and close that we felt we can touch it.
Another interesting part is the fossils! Trilobite and Snails are from a few million years ago, and you can touch the million years creatures in the nature!
Mostafa is our tour guide. He is very knowledgable, and knows every sight seeing attractions and the best place to take pictures. He is also very helpful, and give you many useful suggestions.Everything was taking care and you do not have to worry anything, just relax and enjoy the tour.
Highly recommend this tour and you will enjoy it so much!

Book it, and don’t think twice. Four friends and I (all well traveled and in our twenties) selected the 4 day, 3 night tour beginning in Marrakech and ending in Fes, stopping in Merzouga/Sahara Desert in between.

I don’t typically take extended tours when traveling, but I don’t think we would have had anywhere near as authentic and special an experience if we didn’t go with this tour and our incredible tour guide Rachid. Rachid treated us like family - catering to our every need from photo stops, WiFi, food allergies (he tracked down a gluten free birthday cake for me that he gave to me under the stars during our night in the desert!)- he taught us so much about culture and provided so many laughs along the way.

The camel rides were inexplicably beautiful and we were taken care of throughout the entirety - meeting locals every step of the way.

Words cannot describe how grateful we are for this experience and would travel anywhere with Rachid!

If you’re traveling to Morocco, I highly recommend taking advantage of a desert tour excursion.

My experience with camel excursions made my trip to Morocco feel complete. My group decided to go with the 4 day/3 night desert tour from Marrakech to Fes stopping in the Sahara Desert. The communication with Ismali was prompt and he was super attentive. He answered all my questions/concerns and was accommodating about food allergies for all you vegans and vegetarians out there. He helped organize the tour and set us up with our driver who happens to be his brother.

Rashid was our tour guide and I cannot stress how amazing he was. From start to finish he did whatever he could for my group to go the extra mile. He made sure we all felt comfortable throughout our journey by providing WiFi, recommended stops along the way, and tons of knowledge of the culture. He even introduced us to his family! He is super knowledgeable and genuinely cares- by the end of our tour my group felt like we walked away with a friend. He is trustworthy and has the best intentions. He also is a local celeb in all the villages we stopped at. Everyone literally loves Rashid.

The accommodations they provide for the overnight stay in the hotels were very nice and clean. Breakfast and dinner are included throughout the tour as well.

Amazing laughs along this incredible journey and it would not have been the same without the experience that Rachid gave us.

We just returned from a 3-day trek originating in Marrakech, traveling through the villages of the High Atlas Mountains to Ouarzazate, Dades Valley, dipping our feet in the rushing waters of Toudra Gorge, then beyond to the golden and red dunes of the Sahara in Merzouga. Our guide was Rashid. It was incredible.

Some of the highlights were touring a restored Kasbah, nibbling our way through an Oasis while experiencing village life on a guided tour by Mohammed, meeting women who make rugs and learning about the styles with Omar and refreshing in Toudra Gorge. The walls of the mountains surrounding the gorge were incredible -- next time we will go rock climbing! A great taste of Morocco in a short window. We learned so much from our helpful, welcoming guide Rashid. (He is fluent in English, Spanish and French which was appreciated given our limited command of much beyond English)

The entire family agrees, the best was definitely the ride through the dunes of the Sahara on our dromedary. Yes it sounds gimmicky, but sitting atop your caravan surrounded by red sands as far as you can see is very special. Our guide Eunice made sure we were comfortable and took some of the best photos of our trip. (Wear pants!) As for the August heat, we live in Northern California where the thermometer rarely rises above 65 Fahrenheit, and with sufficient water and long sleeve cotton shirts, we were all quite pleasant in the 46 degree Centigrade weather.

Very special for our family -- our daughter, 10, wanted Henna. Rashid arranged for her to get authentic Henna in his home. It was fun to check off the bucket list items -- the requisite sights and tastes, but we greatly appreciated the effort Rashid put into welcoming us into his country and family.

As for traveling with kids? Mine were sad to return to the chaos of Marrakesh after such a wonderful adventure through the country.
