I first traveled around Morocco with Mr. Hamid Boujouija 13 years ago and was so impressed by his exceptional service that I had to contact him again for this trip. Once again, he exceeded expectations, providing the same kindness, thoughtfulness, and thorough guidance that made my first journey so memorable.
Despite this trip taking place during Ramadan, Mr. Hamid remained as energetic and enthusiastic as ever. He was an incredibly safe and skilled driver, navigating long distances—sometimes up to 9 hours—with patience and care in his Toyota Land Cruiser.
One of the most remarkable aspects of this trip was the variety of landscapes we encountered. In March 2025, we journeyed through Morocco’s breathtakingly diverse scenery—from the hot deserts of Merzouga and vibrant streets of Marrakech to the cool coastal cities of Casablanca and Rabat, and even the snowy peaks of the Middle and High Atlas Mountains. The temperature variations were just as striking, ranging from 1°C in Ifrane to 22°C in Merzouga, making every destination feel like a new adventure.
The itinerary was well-planned and seamless, with local guides arranged in Rabat, Fes, Volubilis, and Marrakech to enrich our experience. One of the highlights was the desert camp experience in Merzouga. Riding camels at sunset was breathtaking, and the luxury camp was wonderfully comfortable, complete with hot showers, electricity, and running water.
Every aspect of the trip was well-organised, showcasing Morocco’s incredible landscapes, history, and culture in the best possible way. From the bustling souks of Marrakech to the serenity of the High Atlas Mountains, every day was an adventure.
