Walking area with great views of the ocean and a variety of places to stop and get something to eat or drink

Should have been better. So many hotels, bars and restaurants randomly built on the beach that it has lost whatever natural charm. Street is full with snacks and circulation out of hell. May be the worst corniche of Morocco.

As I went on winter, I wasn't obviously interested in swimming, for example. But it's still a great place to go for a walk and have contact with the sea. One thing that is part of the landscape, but can be curious for Westerners is...More

I imagine it this area must be bustling during "the season". In January it is still a delightful ocean-side vicinity - very pleasant for walking. Corniche might be arguably more attractive.

Great place for a beginner. Reasonable price for lessons include all the gear. They'll even supply photos of your experience.

Like the Corniche it is being hugely renovated; I've visited here for 50 years and hope it doesn't lose its character. It is still fantastic - go for a coffee at the very nice place next to the Casablanca Hotel and look out at the...More

The beach is dirty, and smelly. The restaurants are touristy, and not very good (there are, or so the taxi driver said, exceptions, but we doubt it). Not great.

Our first day in Casablanca was downtown and it was dirty and noisy and had nothing special about it. On our return we stayed near the beach and got a much different impression. It was still very touristy, but it was a lot more interesting...More

Ain Diab is a very exciting part of Casablanca city just along the Atlantic coast. Part of the famous Casablanca Corniche is located at Ain Diab. It hosts a number of interesting hotels, restaurants and shops.

Probably by Uber, might be the easiest. You can take a shared white cab out or pay to have one all to yourself. If the trains are running take a red cab over to the train station and ride the train out. Watch your timing... More

NO, it's not on the way form the airport, but you can catch a cab to the beach from anywhere in the city, or have your driver take you straight there. Ain Diab is also NOT close to the ONCF station at the Port. Again, a... More
