I spent one night in the desert camp in Merzouga and was completely overwhelmed. The camp itself is beautiful and eventhough you sleep in a tent, it is very comfortable and equipped with beds.
The whole atmosphere of the camp is amazing. The food that the team prepared for us was delicious and the lounge area of the camp gave you the feeling of the real Moroccan culture.
The camel tour takes about 1.5 hours and was magical. All you hear is the camels and you can completely dive into the depths of the desert and its beautiful dunes.
In the evening we watched the sunset in the desert and literally surfed into the sunset on the dunes on a snowboard. This was a unique experience.
After dinner we sat together by the fire and sang traditional Moroccan songs accompanied by drums.
The whole team was very nice and fun and I felt safe and comfortable at all times.
Overall it was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone! :)

Such a beautiful camp! Very clean. Beds are very comfortable! They have showers and bathrooms which was extremely nice after spending the day in the desert. The food is amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The camel rides were really fun! Very knowledgeable guides! They will bring you places you cant find on your own. The views are amazing! They are highly recommend! Very authentic experience. The music they sing at night is fun. Hamid and Ismail are the kindest! Ask for Ismail to be your guide.

I lost my Manfrotto camera tripod in the camp and left for Marrakech. But Ismile found it and carried to me in .Marrakech via bus driver who is the friend of Ismile. Thank God, I was able to keep taking the fantastic pictures with the tripod. Ismile is so sincere and kind. I really appreciate his help. It was amazing experience in Morocco. Thank you so much Ismile.

Definitely highlight of our trip around Morocco.
Desert is really amazing and you must spend a few days there.
We chose a Luxury berber style camp and everything was so perfect…..especially people working there….thank you very much guys!!!

We did 2 trips with Ismail and can not recommend him high enough. Very friendly, professional and willing to work with us to help do the things we wanted even at short notice.

It was a memorable experience, the sand dunes, the 4 x 4, the camel, the quad, the night in bivouac… etc. A trip to Merzouga to do at least once in your life.
