Experience It Tours set up a wonderful trip with great planning. We appreciated the responsiveness and the seamless way the itinerary worked. The whole travelling experience of 15 nights through Morocco for our party of four was marvelous, even for some who may have had initial doubts!! The riad accommodation in each of the cities, and of course the desert, were fantastic. The food was glorious and the hospitality was warm and genuine (except for pesky vendors trying to sell everything from pencils to live animals) but that was also part of the experience.
The glue that made it all work is largely due to Ryad, our fantastic driver, teacher, diplomat, advisor and porter. Always on time. Always ready with suggestions. We had the benefit of his knowledge on culture, history, many attempts at pronunciation, the economy and even politics. We would recommend Ryad to any prospective traveler.
We experienced all of the usual tourist sights, sounds and smells which were great. They exceeded our expectations. We loved the contrast between the 'green' Morocco and the 'brown' Morocco, and the contrast between the lifestyles of the locals, such as the many donkeys transporting people and goods along the roads juxtaposed against a passing Maserati.
We also experienced some of the off-the-tourist path sights as well including the troglodite village of Bahlil and the invitation to share tea with a local family.
At all of our stops and even among the souks in Marrakesh that we visited by night and day, the three women in our party felt safe and relaxed.
We found that having a professional guide in each of the main cities was very useful. We got so much more from the meanderings in the cities than we would have gleaned doing it ourselves.
It was hard to pick out just one highlight. However, by consensus the night in the desert tents and the camel ride at sunset was hard to beat.
We had such a great time that the 15 nights were not quite enough. (Although I think that I have had enough Moroccan tea for a while). I guess that leaves scope for another trip.

We travelled during December Christmas break of 2022 (4 adults and two teenagers).
Moha was very helpful in planning out our trip and took into considerations all our requirements - vegetarian food options, preference to stay / experience the traditional Riads for most of our nights, and comfortable vehicle for travel (with good luggage capacity).
Our driver and guide Wahid was very friendly and helpful in explaining about all the places, history and answering all our curious questions. Morocco is a friendly country and people were very welcoming. Wahid also ensured that he called the restaurants, riads and hotels beforehand to ensure that our rooms and food orders were ready by the time we arrived. We felt safe and comfortable in Morocco because of Wahid and Moha’s support. Wahid also helped us shop everything in our lists and took us to different shops.
We enjoyed learning and experiencing the rich cultural history of Morocco. We travelled to Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fes, Volubilis, Erg Chebbi, Ait Benhaddou, Ouarzazate and Marrakesh, watched local artisans at work and explored the souks.
We also had fun on the ATV rides, glam-ping (glamorous camping) in the Sahara and the camel ride back. The stay in the desert was well set up, and it also included entertaining music and dance performances under the stars around a bon fire at night.
I would suggest people traveling with smaller kids or elder folks to consider the local weather and driving distances between locations when planning their trip.
Overall, I would highly recommend planning your vacation with them and enjoying Morocco!

From the moment Abdou picked us up from Marrakech airport, I knew we were in good hands. We booked a 7 day round trip in the Atlas Mountains, Gorges, Sahara and Fez for the 4 of us including our two teenage kids. We were driving very long distances every day and it was a very beautiful trip. We enjoyed the beauty of Morocco, but that wasn't the case because Abdou was not only a safe and meticulous driver, but he also shared his great knowledge of landscapes, nature and towns with us as we traveled. All in all, it was a great experience and we will remember it for a long time to come. I highly recommend Morocco Experience Trips to anyone who wants to experience all that this country has to offer!

I have had the most wonderful eighteen days adventure with intrepid through both the north and the south of Morocco. Although it was January and meant to be their wet month we were blessed with perfect weather. Our guide Samir Achahri was exceptional. His Berber background, knowledge and love for his country made every experience amazingly special. I am so glad I did both the eight day trips back to back as they were very different experiences. Loved both of them, from sleeping under the stars in the Sahara Desert in the most awesome camp sight with the Berber people, riding camels and experiencing the most magical sunset I have ever seen. To climbing up to a remote village on the Atlas Mountain, to going back in time in festive Medina's and much more. The scenery was endlessly changing all the time with outstanding landscapes and ancient dwellings. I felt extremely safe all throughout Morocco and enjoyed every single variety of food that I was introduced to. I am now totally in love with Morocco and know I will return thanks to this wonderful adventure with intrepid and having the right guide! Enjoy, its a magical place.

Our time in Morocco with Morocco Experience Trips was the absolute trip of a lifetime. We are 3 university students who spent 6 days in Morocco from the north to south of the country. We covered so much during our trip and I truly felt I got to see so much of the country - we went to Tangier, Chefchaouen, Fes, the Atlas Mountains, camel riding through the Sahara Desert, a night at a desert camp, the Dades Gorges, Ait Ben Haddou, and finished in Marrakesh. The accommodation was all extremely nice and the food was delicious. Before were arrived in Morocco, Morocco Experience Trips was also extremely responsive and fully allowed us to customize our trip as we wanted. Our tour guide, Ali, was absolutely incredible and we always felt so safe and in good hands. We learned so much about Morocco and Berber culture from him and it was amazing to have a local perspective as we traveled across the country. I couldn't recommend Morocco Experience Trips more. Thank you for a life changing trip!

The experience was great. The camel ride was really exciting. The owner was enormously helpfull and he helped us with absolutely everything and expected nothing in return. The food was tasty and the young guys performed great concert on the drums. The evening was in friendly atmosphere and you could get involved in the dancing and drum playing.

We booked this camp and wrote to the host in 2 hours before our arrival. meeting place us at the exact time we wrote, help to park the car in Merzouga (was a private parking) and drove to the camp by 4x4 car , but you can choose camels for extra charge). Also we had a trip at the sunset

The hotel is quaint, the rooms are clean and pretty and everything seems authentic morrocan. From the common room with comfy sofas, to the food they can prepare you right at the place. It's the family hostel type, so the hosts are always helpful and talkative and always happy to spend time with you over good morrocan tea. Go there, if that is what you expect from your trip, I really loved the time I spend here.

I would a 100% recommend this trip to anyone looking for a complete picture of Morocco. This was the perfect blend of the old and new, the city and rural. Some of my highlights included the guest stay at Moulay Idriss and waking up early to see the sunset in the Sahara (Merzouga). Youssef was the best tour leader a traveler could ask for and provided a truly invaluable experience that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I cannot wait to return to Morocco and to hopefully have another trip led by Youssef.

The location, the tent, the food, the stars, the bed, it was simply magnificent! But above all, the people of the camp, they make your stay just as an unforgettable experience! They do just everything to take care of you, make you feel happy, let you feel comfortable. This all though sharing their wonderful traditions and all the effort they take, they just do it with so much love. What more can I say about this indescribable wonderful experience?
