My friends and I participated in MoroccoHK's "Moroccan Feast 14-day Tour".
Let’s talk about the overall journey first. The itinerary’s scenic spots and driver guide are worth 5 stars. I travel to different cities. Each city has its own characteristics. It’s worth going to see different scenery, culture, geography and climate all at once!
And our driver and tour guide Mohamed Yakoubi (I call him Mohamed) is very funny and humorous (he gags once a day). He also takes good care of us and tries his best to meet our requirements. The day I went there coincided with the fasting month of Ramadhan, and Mosha took me there every day without food or water during the entire trip, but this did not affect his professionalism.
Because of my busy schedule, several lunches were already arranged as group meals, so I had no choice. However, the restaurant where we ate at the first group meal had few choices, was expensive, and not very tasty, so after eating, I made a very negative comment. After he found out, he helped me get after-dinner fruits or discounts for the subsequent group meals, hoping that I would have a happy meal. He was so considerate. (But in fact, only the group meal at the first restaurant was poor. The other restaurants were pretty good, especially the Berber Pizza, which was super delicious!)
The reason Agency Hassan is only rated 3 stars is because I think his communication skills, problem-solving abilities and attitude need to be improved.
Before the trip started, everything went smoothly from selecting the itinerary to paying the deposit. I am also very grateful to him for helping me upgrade to one of the hotels in the desert, which is my favorite.
However, at least twice during my trip, I encountered problems and asked Hassan for help. I felt that he was unable to help me. It also made people think that he was too lazy to help, and he didn't even try to help. He couldn't even do the following... His attitude in replying to the interviewers was not very good, and many of them he only mentioned briefly without explaining in detail. I really felt that it was difficult for him to communicate. Maybe because we only communicated in the Whatsapp Group, he may not fully understand the situation and needs, but his reply gave me a more stereotyped impression. Although there were D problems in communication with the agency, the problems encountered by so far were finally solved, so I will give it a 3-star (normal) agency.
Except for the point on the left, the entire trip to Morocco was very satisfying and enjoyable. In the end, the overall rating was higher than the 5 stars that Zuo Qu strongly requested.

We are group of 3, recently joined a two-week journey through Morocco with a great planned itinerary. It combined a right balance of visiting the landmarks, immersing the diversity of culture incl Berber communities. Two local guides were assigned for Fes and Marrakech to give extra layer of insights and history.
For the rest of the trip, we were assigned with the assistance of our private driver, Hassan who has been professional and helpful throughout the trip. He would ensure our comfort and safety, as well as sharing his knowledge and personal experiences, and recommendations.
Overall, the itinerary was well curated, and seamless execution with the assistance of the private driver. We are pleased with most accommodation choices and the car vehicle. I highly recommend this travel agency/driver for anyone seeking enriching travel experience in Morocco.

We 5 people joined a 15-day Morocco HK tour trip in July 2024, which included the itinerary, accommodation and transportation. Our driver Ibarhim's driving skills were excellent and safe, making the trip very comfortable. The driver was also responsible and attentive, and helped resolve any problems we encountered.
The arranged accommodations were fine, but if you have higher requirements for air conditioning and cleanliness, you would need to pay more to stay in a higher-end hotel.
Overall, this trip was enjoyable and unforgettable.

I contacted MoroccoHK for our trip for my mum and I. We spent total of 9 days in Morocco. The team had drafted an itinerary for the whole of 9 days for each day before our trip and you could choose the type of accommodations that you want, either standard level or luxury level. We always contacted through WhatsApp before our trip. For our trip we chose luxury level for Marrakech and standard for the other destinations, as Marrakech was the last leg of our trip and also I’ve been to Marrakech before so wanted to stay in a nice Riad. The tour went in this order- Casablanca> Chefchaouen> Fez> Sahara Desert>Marrakech. We had a driver called Ali and he was helpful in giving us the Moroccan history and gave us information about each destinations that we went to. Ali also helped us arrange a tour guide last minute in Fez as we changed our minds and skipped some attractions. Also we had a tour guide in Marrakech, he was also helpful in explaining the Marrakech history and showed us the huge Jewish influence in Marrakech which we didn’t know before. If you didn’t like the itinerary that they drafted out, you could have the freedom to choose your own itinerary, for example they initially drafted out 1 night in Chefchaouen only, but knowing myself I love to take pictures for my instagram so I suggested 2 nights in Chefchaouen, which the team made possible to be included in our itinerary. You would always have the free time to explore each destinations by yourself. Ali also took us to Argon oil factories where we could shop for argon oil. Overall the whole experience of our trip was excellent and I would recommend to family and friends if they ever choose to come to Morocco for holiday.
Tips: for girls make sure you bring enough toiletries such as hair conditioner as most Riads here only offer basic shampoo and basic soap for shower. Also change is King! In Morocco, it is customary to tip porters with your luggage and use of toilets. So make sure you break enough change throughout your journey here in Morocco, so you don’t have to tip €2 to use toilets at gas stations etc.

We booked a car through Morocco.hk, a 12-day trip, rounded by Casablanca on time.
Driver Yakoubi Mohamed was friendly and funny, speaking simple and straightforward, some attractions we do not know how long should stay, he gave honest advice. He also took care of us, and my friend was uncomfortable, and he drove to the neighborhood to buy things and deliver drugs. He cared about our state along the way. We had an incredible time exploring Morocco! Our guide and driver, Mohamed, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which greatly enhanced our experience. The itinerary was very flexible, allowing us to choose our daily activities, which we greatly appreciated.
Although we spent a lot of time on the road, it was never boring or exhausting. Mohamed planned several stops during our road trips, giving us the opportunity to explore and experience different aspects of Morocco.
The highlight of our trip was the Sahara desert experience – it was absolutely amazing and something we'll never forget.

My friends and I joined an 8-day tour of Morocco and really enjoyed it. The blue city is beautiful and full of cats, making it a perfect spot for photos.
Our driver, Ibrahim, drove well throughout the journey, and I often found myself falling asleep during the road trip.
The most unforgettable experience was the day we traveled from Fes to the Sahara through Ifrane. That day, we passed through snow-capped mountains to reach the desert. We rode cute camels to a perfect spot in the desert to watch the sunset. We then ended the day perfectly by gazing at the Milky Way and shooting stars. It was truly an amazing day.

Our trip in Morocco was amazing. All the places we visited were beautiful and memorable. We were in good hands of the best driver Mohamed Azrouel. We travelled safely, happily and without any worries. He’s willing to share his experiences and showed us the cultures and lives here on our way in Morocco, so we can know more about this country. He also gave some really great travel tips, so that we can experience Morocco better. He truly taking good care of us. As an all women group, we feel save and comfortable around him. All we had in Morocco were good memories.
