Our group had the pleasure of traveling with Mutlu, and Elmahdi, our driver from Flawless Travel, made the entire experience truly unforgettable. From start to finish, Elmahdi ensured everything ran smoothly, making our trip stress-free and incredibly enjoyable.
Elmahdi was professional, attentive, and always prioritizing our comfort and safety. We felt completely at ease on the road, no matter where we were headed.
The recommendations were spot-on as well, guiding us to hidden gems and must-see landmarks. Probably only the guide in Marrakech was a miss.
The hotels arranged were top-tier—comfortable, well-located, and offering excellent service.
All in all, our group had an unforgettable time. If you're looking for a seamless, safe, and enriching travel experience, look no further. Only thing is to ask them to articulate the itinerary clearly so you know what is covered and what is not.

A group of 6 friends on this 14 day Morocco Adventure—we had a fantastic time thanks to the diverse itinerary put together by Mutlu Deveci who was flexible and accommodating. He booked us at beautiful Riads for the entire trip and the desert camp was a special experience. Our knowledgeable guide, Abdelslam Ghoudane, treated us like family and even invited us into his home for iftar dinner. We always felt well taken care of and looked after. Our driver Mohamed was skilled and experienced and on one occasion went beyond expectations to assist. I can’t recommend Flawless Travel enough and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a private custom tour of Morocco.

My son and I booked a 5-day tour of Morocco via Flawless Travel, and the organization lived up to its name - we had a great time, in large part thanks to our wonderful guide and driver, Youssef.
On paper, the trip looked intense - Casablanca, Rabat, Meknes, Volubilis, Fes, Marrakech; but for us it felt effortless, pleasant, and exhilarating. All the logistics were seamless, and everyone involved was punctual and gracious.
Youssef promptly replied to our requests before our arrival, greeted us at the airport in a clean. spacious van, and helpfully explained the whole itinerary. We immediately felt safe and comfortable.
Throughout the trip, Youssef was very friendly, courteous, and pronouncedly accommodating.
Whatever we wanted to explore - he was happy to help. During the days, he adjusted the program to suit our interests with respect to sightseeing; in the evenings, he was even willing to sacrifice his personal time to help us find all the restaurants and shops we wanted to visit; he helped us with some tricky negotiations at the markets; he invited us to contact him at an any hour if we had questions or concerns; and he handled booking the additional activities we had requested: an equestrian show with traditional food & music, and a camel ride at sunset (highly recommended!).
Our accommodations were exceptional, especially Riad Myra in Fes! A special thanks to the staff there for serving us an amazing dinner despite our late arrival. But the hotel in Casablanca and the riad in Marrakech (with a hammam & massage) were also top-notch.
Youssef was very informative, providing us with ample information at all the different landmarks we visited. He explained the cultural, historical, religious, geopolitical, economic, and artistic features of each destination.
In some cities (Volubilis, Fes), we had additional local guides, who were also excellent! Another special thanks to them.
Youssef was communicative and eager to share life stories, but also respected our privacy whenever we were talking between ourselves.
His driving was impeccable - we felt absolutely relaxed both on the highways, and on the lively, packed city roads.
Overall, we enjoyed our time in Morocco immensely and would highly recommend Flawless Travel, and Youssef in particular, to anyone else.
My son is already thinking of contacting them again to see a few more cities (Chefchaouen, Tangier, Essaouira).

We picked Flawless Travel to help us plan a Morocco trip on the recommendation of some friends. Mutlu Deveci was very responsive and quickly put together a 12 day “Discover Morocco” itinerary for us. It covered Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Chefchaouen, Volubilis, Meknes, Fes, Merzouga (the Sahara), Skoura and last (but not least) Marrakech. We negotiated some Riad upgrades, picked hotels to stay in at the large cities and then were off. Mutlu’s prices were very reasonable and the planning was sensible - from major cities like Casablanca to rugged areas like the Sahara!
Firstly, Morocco is a great place to visit. The country is impeccably clean, the people are very hospitable and the cuisine is welcoming for vegans and vegetarians too.
Our driver, El Mehdi is excellent. He is an extremely careful driver, very knowledgeable about local places to visit, specialties and history. He also recommended to us excellent places to eat. He is extremely personable and very friendly - the conversation really made the kilometers fly! He is a Geography graduate and knows the country well.
Wewould recommend Flawless Travel and in particular El Mehdi highly !

Although I had some issues with making the initial arrangements with the travel coordinator, Mutlu, we ULTIMATELY had the most wonderful experience with Flawless Travel thanks to our TREMENDOUSLY FABULOUS guide Youssef who made up for all the snarls!
We had asked for a customized tour that took us to many cities not commonly visited by the usual tourist circuit. I was initially impressed/grateful that Flawless Travel was able to accommodate our itinerary request and offered us a great price. Once the basic itinerary was established, however, I struggled with Mutlu in ironing out the details, like accommodations, extra days and ensuring certain cities were included. I found his flip/flopping and passive-aggressive approach daunting and we nearly bailed (hence deducted a star).
However, from the moment we met our guide/driver Youssef, we knew that we were in fabulous hands. He was affable and knowledgeable and so reassuring. He was able to incorporate all the activities/places we wanted, thought of options for us while on the fly, and arranged for all our whims to be fulfilled—like sandboarding, fossils, and special tours of workshops!
Youssef took such great care of us, and ensured that we had the most spectacular time in Morocco—truly a 5-star experience! By the end we felt like family and we reluctantly bid adieu to our dear friend and guide. Youssef truly made Morocco magical!!!

I came across the Flawless Travel Tour through online search and had a bit concern with only handful reviews.
The tour started with litte hiccup but Mutlu and his wife came to visit us and provided reassuring. They gave us a delicious box of sweet and a free dinner at the best restaurant in Marrakech
Our driver Elmahdi Enmili was professional, attentive, and always prioritizing our comfort and safety especially driving the endless Mt Alas. We felt completely at ease on the road, no matter where we were headed. We had great time sharing meals, jokes and laughing.
The recommendations were spot-on as well, guiding us to hidden gems and must-see landmarks. Tour guide in Fez was the best. Sahara desert is unforgettable memory.
The hotels arranged were top-tier—comfortable, well-located, and offering excellent service especially Riad Anya in Marrakech with delicious Marrocan meals. Chefchaouen hotel was beautiful and Chebbi Luxury Camp was the highlight of the tour.
All in all, our family had an unforgettable time. If you're looking for a seamless, safe, and enriching travel experience, look no further. Only thing is to ask them to give us the clear and detailed itinerary.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip except it was too short a time for the extensive itinerary. We picked an 8 day tour and, at the end, we felt there was too much included and no downtime which meant some very long driving days. That said, the experiences were great, a fabulous night in the desert with a camel ride, excellent Medina tours, and our accommodation Riads were very good, particularly the Riad Myra in Fes! Our driver - the famous Elmahdi Enmili - we would give 6 ** if we could for his excellent driving skills, safety awareness and very pleasant conversation with us over the 8 days. Elmahdi is a very nice man who has a great command of the English language, and who is someone who was always there to help us when needed. He is very knowledgeable about Morocco, its customs and history. We would request Mr Enmili again if we repeat a trip to Morocco.

We booked a 2 week tour around Morocco, starting in Tangier and ending in Casablanca. This country and its people are amazing. Flawless Travel provided an excellent itinerary with knowlegeable local guides, wonderful riads and many meals included. Our professional driver, Elmahdi, was friendly, kind, knowlegeable and was a very skilled driver (as one has to be in Fes and Marrakech!). Unfortunately our trip needed to be cut short, but both Elmahdi and the Flawless Travel team were there to assist us. I would recommend this agency to anyone traveling to Morocco, and I would tell them that they must request Elmahdi as their driver!

Booking a trip with Flawless is the perfect way to see the country. Multu and the booking process was very professional and responsive.
The only way you could be any luckier would be to have El Mahdi as your driver.
Madhi is an exceptionally skilful driver and the perfect host to guide you through his country. He knows what to highlight and discuss to ensure you never miss a thing.
He was always with us or always available to contact on WhatsApp.
From what I experienced and have read from the other reviews, when you travel with a flawless guide you can avoid being an outsider. Madhi is so kind and friendly, which is obvious when at every stop he has befriended so many people making them all the more happy to receive you and give you the most authentic experience possible.
Madhi went above and beyond to accommodate extra stops, teach us his language and his culture.
Very thankful for his outstanding service and company.
Would be worth expressing your hotel requirements to Multu, as a few places did not have a bar or tea making facilities.

Planning for our trip began approximately 6 months ahead our arrival. Mutlu from Flawless Travel was wonderful to deal with. He listened, and was prompt with responses. He was helpful and flexible regarding a few changes we had requested.
For 2 weeks we traveled throughout Morocco with another couple, and, Mehdi. If you are looking for an extraordinary driver, tour guide, entertainer, incredibly knowledgeable individual, and has a great sense of humour, then Mehdi is your man. He truly enhanced our vacation experiences to the level of phenomenal.

How do a find a 10 day private Moroccan tour with Moroccan Odyssey. Include the dessert, waterfalls, Imperial cities please

I reached out to Moroccan Odyssey and they guided me through which tour to book so that I would see everything I wanted. Very helpful. Family friends also booked through them at the same time, picked slightly more expensive hotels and riads than us and also enjoyed.
