We consider ourselves very lucky to have found this company for our Moroccan adventure. There was no better nor cheaper nor safer nor more enjoyable way to do it. From the first to the last day, our driver Aissa took such a good care of us. We had excellent hotels chosen for us, great sightseeing and amazing guides, chosen by this company. We were driven around 3000km in a sparkling clean, brand new Mercedes, just the two of us. We had freedom to chose between starting times, activities and much more. Aissa was so flexible and accommodating. He gave us exactly the amount of information we needed, allowing us to relax when we needed it. He was so appropriate, correct and civilised during these 10 days, and through him and his care, we managed to experience Morocco to the max, in the most positive way. We loved the country and the tour and the people, and Aissa takes the lion share of the credit. Well done guys, we will be back

I booked a tour with this company in late December and prepaid. The tour was supposed to be in April. Obviously, leaving the United States is impossible at this time. Aissa the sales rep has conveniently disappeared and not returned any emails or phone calls. I would not go near this company. They obviously lack honesty, customer service, and everything else you would expect in a tour company.

We booked the private tour from Casablanca to Marrakech with this company. Transfers from hotel to Marrakech and back were faultless - car (Nissan SUV) was comfortable and the driver was nice and polite.

What a contrast the guide was! I have never seen a tour guide that was so pompous, full of self-importance and self-righteousness. He talked without end and while he was doing so, were required to stand, look at him and listen - any effort to get "distracted" by e.g. actually looking around or taking photo would have resulted in him either stop talking or grab my shoulder to attract attention. In the middle of the tour he probably got angry that we are "ignoring" him by looking around, so he stopped talking completely and remained silent for past 2 hours of the tour.
This was so annoying we skipped the lunch, asked guide to call the driver, cut our visit short and left. Needless to say our experience was thoroughly ruined.

To the management of Marrakech and Casablanca tours: being knowledgeable is not sole recipe for success for a private guide. What distinguishes great guide from average - great guide asks, not tells. he asks "What would you be interested to see", "do you have any specific questions", "are you planning to buy anything" - trying to get the experience as personal as possible. The guide we ended up with has utility inferior to the audioguide (at least audioguide doesn't try to grab your shoulder or gets annoyed).

Hello Alexey,  we are very ashamed to admit it, but you are completely right, the behavior of the guide we designed for you that day was completely off base and not professional or respectable at all. And yes, we did a great mistake by judging the guide performance of appearance of fame, but touching people is extremely impolite and embarrassing, and doing all the talk and telling them what to do    instead of listening and asking questions. Though what we did won't take you back your ruined memories, I just want to inform you that according to your review we made an end to our relationship with the guide. Please if you have further considerations or want us to take any procedure (even symbolic) so we can fully express our sincere regret and concrete reaction to solve the problem, please let us know. AISSA

Half way through our holiday we visited this beautiful waterfalls - I would love to say beautiful .. it was an experience.. first our hotel tour operator really did big the trip up and said it was very popular and made it quite excited.. until we got in the taxi on the day of the trip to find out it was a 3 hour journey there and 3 hours back! We were gob smacked.. for most of the day by the time we had finished we were travelling for most of the day which was really very tiring! I wouldn’t say the travel was worth what we saw... once we got there we started at the top of the waterfall and it had amazing views I must say but the barriers off the edge were just chains! Anyone could just jump over the edge if they wanted to and I would say it wasn’t all that safe as the drop was massive!

On the way down there was lots of steep and muddy areas and I wasn’t wearing the best of shoes. Might I add I was never told by the hotel tore operator and excursions organiser that we needed to wear good , stable shoes. Not only this but we were never told it would be muddy and my shoes became silly very quickly! So if you visit where trainers or walking boots indefinitely.

As we approached the bottom we were taken to the part where you can get in and swim however after much deliberation we decided not to as the water was dirty and there were plastic bottles floating everywhere which was such a shame to say it was such a beautiful location.. everything was quite dirty to say the least and we are thankful that we took our own drink and food.

We got to the bottom and hundreds of people were washing and cleaning and jumping and cliff diving into the waterfall .. it was beautiful but really hit home on how poor some of these people live. The smell of sewage was over whelming as the dirty was kicked up from the bottom of the waterfall.

The best part of our trip was that we saw monkeys and got to feed them peanuts in there natural environment and the boat that took us for a ride under and around the waterfall at the bottom. One word of advise - don’t buy two bags of peanuts from tree old man and young girl because it’s a con! You only need one bag as we only saw two monkeys and one bag was more than enough. They also come up to you straight after you have had a picture of the monkeys and asking you for money! Don’t given them a lot because they do it all day everyday! And we gave them change and they turned there nose up at you and they are very ungrateful to say they live in such poverty!

Our tour guide Azdean was great though he took us out of a bad situation and we a great guide all day so thank you Azdean.

There were some lovely little trinket shops on the way back up especially a little wooden shop where I got a key ring with my name on in Arabic. Really lovely and the experience was good to have an understanding of the culture.

Unfortunately because of the smells and the about of walking we are glad we experienced it but the travel and strenuous nature of the trip that we would not recommend it to immobile or larger peoples we would advised it’s a good experience but make sure you are prepared to walk miles and keep hydrated.

Kind regards,
Jazz and Dean

On our way to Naples we had a 24hr layover in Casablanca so we arranged a quick day tour of the city with this company & we had a very nice experience. They picked us up from the airport & took us to various highlights of the city. It was during Ramadan so not too many places/restaurants were open at the time but we were able to see the beautiful Hassan mosque & go shopping in the market at Habous. Our tour guide Ouahid was very funny & a great driver in the crazy streets of Casablanca lol. Would definitely book with them again in the future.

It was fun to ride the quad. Groups could be divided to slower and faster. Just because of one slow person we could not enjoy max speed and get some adrenaline. Even for my girlfriend it was too slow. By the way she was driving quad first time. Overall it's very good experience. You will get some nice pictures too.
