Great experience. Professional. And very responsive in WhatsApp chat.

Ride from Casablanca airport to Marrakech in big and clean Mercedes truck with Amine went smoothly. He was prompt, friendly and let us sleep in peace the whole ride after a long flight.
Ride from Sofitel Casablanca to Casablanca airport with Hamid in black VW truck was punctual and comfortable.

Unlike other tour companies, we appreciated that our drivers did not hassle us to go to other places, or encourage too many other services, which usually has been the norm for our travels in most other developing countries.

Prices were fair- you get what you pay for. Great option if you don’t want to go the cheap way on public transport/train or get ripped off by the exorbitant hotel transportation prices.

I used Navette 3 times while in Morocco, to transfer between 3 different cities (Rabat, Marrakech, and Fes). They were always reliable and on time and the drivers were friendly (even the one that we had pick us up at 4am to take us to the airport). The cars and vans all are nice and new and very comfortable. One of our trips there was an incident on the highway involving a wild animal, that unfortunately couldn't be avoided, and was not the drivers fault. The car was damaged and was no longer drivable. The entire event was handled professionally and safely and they got another driver to pick us up as fast as they could to make sure we didn't lose too much time during our trip.

Great transfer service.

Used Navette for airport to hotel transfer in Casablanca as well as transfer from Marrakech to Casablanca.

En route to Casablanca from London my plane was delayed on the tarmac for 4 hours which meant a much later than expected arrival but the driver was there faithfully with a sign with my name. He even stopped and bought me a coke and a water on him en route to hotel. Very kind.

Same driver back to the airport over two weeks later which was great. I had Dirham so was able to give him a decent tip.

Was able to pay by CC for Casablanca Airport trips but transfer from Marrakech to Casablanca city has to pay cash which was less convenient but we stopped at a bank machine.

Very pleased with the service.

Highly recommended (Casablanca to Fez, solo female traveler)

Based on these reviews I booked Navette Casablanca for roundtrip transportation between the Casablanca airport and the Fez medina. As a solo female traveler I was a bit hesitant, but both drivers were absolutely delightful and made an otherwise extended drive (4 hours each way) a treasured part of my vacation. They were both on time to pick me up and made sure my connections were completed safely. Navette Casablanca was constantly in touch with me via WhatsApp to confirm my arrangements. It was worth paying for this convenience as opposed to managing the trains and I would absolutely use Navette Casablanca again.

FRom booking online to the communication via What's app. These guys reliably showed up on time at both the airport and return from Casablanca city centre. The car we got was a Mercedes Veto and it was clean and in very good condition. The drivers were professional, courteous and drive safely.
Would use them again in the future!

Excellent private taxi transfers

We booked private taxi transfers between cities (Casablanca to Chefchaouen, Chefchaouen to Fes, and Marrakech to Casablanca). Truly excellent service. Cars were luxurious and had ample space for 4 of us with luggage. Cars were in great conditions. The drivers were very safe, friendly and always on time. They were easy to contact and coordinate via Whatsapp. Highly recommend!

I used Navette for multiple transfers during my stay in Morocco. The service was outstanding: modern and clean cars, courteous and professional drivers and excellent communication through WhatsApp.
Prices are very reasonable with flexible payment methods.
Special thanks to Ibrahim who was our driver for 3 out of the 6 transfers we booked.

Absolute perfection!

I used Navette on arrival in Casablanca to get to Rabat. Nobody could compare in price, so I was a bit worried about quality. They were AMAZING. nice clean car. Water. Great driver. On time super and frequent communication.

I ended up using them weeks later from hotel to airport. Again, a truly pro job at a great price. I absolutely can't recommend them highly enough!

BTW, they took dollars, euros, or Moroccan money, which made my life much simpler on arrival.

We used this company for airport transportation in Casablanca and Rabat. Also transported us from Casablanca to Merrekesh. The rates were very reasonable and the Mercedes vans were clean and well maintained. Nabil coordinated all of the trips and communicated the drivers contact information and pickup location each time. Using What’s App made this process quite efficient.

Excellent company — impeccable vehicle, wonderful driver who was always punctual and personable, and great communication (via WhatsApp). It was a pleasure to have their service for my husbands and my first trip to Morocco. We did three trip with them (Casablanca airport to city, Casablanca to Fez and finally Fez to Marrakesh), and each transfer was perfect. Met and even exceeded expectations — highly recommend.
