We used Navette on two separate occasions for transfers, the first being a collection from the airport. Being wary of first time use and the multitude of providers to choose from, I was reassured by the overwhelmingly positive reviews on TA. The booking process was user friendly and provided all the required information. I especially appreciated the ability to process payment online as we did not have local currency to hand. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport and provided an easy ride to the hotel, in a sizeable and very comfortable Merc van. We again sought out Navette for a last minute transfer from Tangier. They met the same standard of helpfulness and facilitated Samir for an early morning start. Samir is clearly a very professional driver as we slept through most of the 3.5 hr driver without feeling any jolts or sudden movements, testimony to how smooth the experience was. This company will remain as one of the best (if not the best) transportation providers I have had the chance to deal with. I will not say I am very well travelled, yet I have been here and there (covid travel survivor among others). They say a picture is worth a thousand words, I will simply provide objective details of our exchange and it goes down like that: 1. I need to travel from Casablanca airport to Marrakech, 2. I googled and found their website quickly, 3. I contacted them through WhatsApp to ask for fare and price, 4. I received an answer a few moments later, 5. I confirmed my interest, 6. They ask for flight number and drop off localization, 7. I provided them with the information, 8. A few days later, as soon as I landed and installed my Moroccan SIM card, I received an audio from the driver letting me know that he is waiting for me, 9. After a smooth pickup, we went directly to the drop off address. 10. On the way back, I had the driver at the same localization back to the airport and he needed to be there at 1:30am. Going from CMN to Casablanca city center to catch my next trip to Agadir, it was a comfortable and smooth experience. The driver Hmad was friendly and professional; he was waiting for me at the airport exit and immediately took care of my baggage. When at my destination, he asked if he can help with anything else! I definitely recommend this service and would personally reuse it when needed!
