We were staying at the hotel and the booker is really pushy. He was going on about the fact that every other tour is terrible and we should book through him. We still booked tho, that was our fault in the first place. We paid in advance for all the tours. They were okay tho, but we also booked a tour to Marrakech. We missed the bus tho, and they claimed calling us and the hotel room. We don’t even have a phone in our hotel room... His solution was, to pay the trip again. Later on he could give us a discount. But we didn’t want it anymore because the vibe was grey. Conclusion: we paid for air and it’s terrible. …
