Beautiful 12 mile stretch of sand. We had beds with our hotel, so don't know about purchasing. Cant buy/take alcohol to beach and sea very cold. Too much hassle from sellers, who do go if ignored, but there is always another to replace the one...More
The beach is just like you see in the pictures. Very long and wide. The marina end tends to be more crowded and busy with more restaurants. There are guys selling camel rides which are good fun. Haggle with them. It's part of the game....More
I would not recommend it was very busy, there was a lot of litter on the beach to the point that I would not stay on the beach. There are camels to hire for short camel rides and there is camel dung along the beach
This charming Beach is kept spotless and is beautiful to look at.
There are Sellers along the Promenade who are polite and will accept a " No Thank you " if you're not interested but who you can get a good bargain from, but beware...More

No! I is not safe to swim there. My husband drowned in the sea in Agadir on November 30, 2018. I myself was rescued. We both are (were) excellent swimmers. There are very dangerous undercurrents (riptides?) there. I know what I am talking about because I had to bury my husband in Germany after his dead body had been returned. So please, take care!
