Dirty and rubbsih strewn like the rest of the city, thought it looked ok at night on first visit with lights and Zara for the wife to have and a look around but looked very differnent in the cold light of day.

Nicely recently stricter marina for luxury boats and entertainment. Marina surrounded by luxury new apartment buildings. Nice, but no soap,no ambiance cold environment for rich people without any atmosphere
