Riding the trails, Mudding and hitting the rolling hills in the XP2 was a blast. The cost of rental is worth the trip. However, do not have an issue at all... your $1500 deposit will quickly evaporate, quicker than the fuel your using. My son and I were slowly going thru the trails and got on our side, due to a tree branch on the trail we were trying to get around, at 2mph accidently. At the end of the day I had minimal scratches in the door panel, and fender flare. I wish I had taken pics, I mean MINIMAL scratches. I know any damage is damage. The problem is they charged me more for the scratches than to have rented the machine for the day. $425/ rental, $439 to "replace" these body panels... I didn't make a big deal, because what can you really do?! They make their money off replacement parts, when no one really knows if they are replacing them truly. The other side of my machine had scratches, but weren't if mention to them. If you know this is their shtick going in then enjoy, if you like your money go rent some quads somewhere else and don't risk it!!

We went for my son birthday we had a lot of fun 30 mins in the trail the rzr pro broke Down and it cost my whole deposit $1500.00+ full day rental. We were there for the full day so had to rent another rzr for $470 that at the end of the day according to the supervisors mike and donnie the rzr's had some damages. $2000 in damages from them just looking at the rzr without a mechanic there present an not to mention plus $300 for late fees which is ridiculous because the person go gave us the rzr gave us 30 mins more. We got there 6 mins past the time but yet there is a big line to wash off the rzr. Its not fair in our eyes. This is crazy to me. We also heard the supervisors say, well we got ppl working extra hours now so we are going to have to charge you guys for that. So now I'm thinking that's were all these extra charges are coming from. Both rzr were working fine when brought back why on earth if we had already damaged a rzr pro would we be reckless with the other two rzr. It just doesn't make sense to me. But those two supervisors had their minds made up. The supervisors were already in a bad attitude. My wife, family and I had a great time but felt that those supervisors did not have good customer service and did not hear us out about the late fee. An felt that they charged more damaged to the rzr just by observation rather than calling the mechanic to see them. Rzr were drivable period. Those two supervisors had a mouth on them for every comment or response we had. they were in such a hurry to go home. We even heard one of the supervisors telling one of the other employees that helps power wash the rzr to " hurry up an get these cars washed up I should have been home by now" an walked away. FYI maybe those two supervisors should work morning shift an not closing shift. Would we recommend this place, yes just with a few exceptions." DO NOT RENT ANY RZR'S because supervisors are the ones to right up damages from their own personal views an not mechanics" Just bring your own rzr it will save you lots of money. Also one last thing we did ask Mike to speak to the manager about the late fee an his response was" oh he already said run you guys up on that" like we were getting hit left an right. I really hope that the owner KYLE KNOSP if this is the owner can read this review an maybe reach out to us.

I was visiting Indiana for a conference in Indianapolis. Due to the recent health scare, my plans to go to the St. Patricks Day parade were cancelled. As an avid off-road enthusiast, I started to research off road parks and found Badlands. 1st of all, getting there was a breeze, as they have plenty of signs and great directions. Once we arrived, we went in the main building and it was impressive. Clean, new, tons of stock: machines to goggles to parts - this place had it all! We rented a SXS and the process was quick, painless, easy and econonmical. Dave and his staff were super friendly, imformative and polite. Every question or request was answered and we were simply thrilled. Once we got our machine, we strapped in and had the time of our life!! I have been riding all kinds of machines all my life in all kinds of places, but I must say, this park was inpressive. There were trails and areas for all levels of drivers, but I would say, overall, this is a more technical park. It was not boring or uneventful at all. Of course, we got stuck in some mud, (the machines do not have their own winches) which required the Park Patrol to come rescue us. Fred was sweet, efficient and responded in minutes.
Soooo overall, we had great fun exciting place and I can not say enough about this place.
They had clean rest rooms, on site lodging, store, food, wash area for machines, showers for a nominal fee....overall, a great place for off road fans!

I’ve rented multiple times from adventure rentals and every time the whole experience gets worse and I will no longer rent or recommend them to anyone. I recently went there with a group of other renters. We had a tire come off the bead of the rim at noon and were instructed to drive the machine up the road by park control. When we got up the hill to the rental station we were then scolded that we shouldn’t have drove it when we were just told to. Once they we’re done giving us a talk it took an hour for them to change the tire while they were taking it off they were very rude saying that we had damaged the rim and we would have to purchase a new one. I showed them a clear video I personally took before we went out showing that the rim was previously damaged. While it was getting the tire changed they pull the air filter off (which was not shown to us before the rental) it had dirt in it so the said it had to be taken to the shop and have the throttle body inspected to see if there was dirt in it. They take it to the shop where it took them over two hours to take off a plastic clutch over, intake hose and “inspect the machine”. We were then told we would be purchasing a new belt to replace the current one which was perfectly fine. Then the guy pulls the dipstick out running it against a muddy hose then tells me there’s mud in the motor and that we would have to purchase a new motor for the machine. At 4 o’clock we were finally able to go out for the last half hour of our full day rental. During that 30 minutes off riding the intake hose falls off (the one they just put on) what a bunch of clowns. We ended up getting charged 2 hrs labor for changing an air filter, and an a-arm that was damaged before we had takin out which I clearly took a video of and showed them. At the end of the day be prepared to spend a minimum of $800-$1000 in damages (that were previously done) on top of the rental fee ($500), don’t hit any mud puddles, get treated very poorly, and don’t let them take advantage of you like they did us!

The people inside the rental place were not friendly at all... You have to put down a $1500 deposit in addition to the rental charge. When we arrived at the badlands there were no signs out in the park as to where you were allowed to go...the side by side we rented already had lots of damage on it. They warned that even though someone else was already paying to fix the damage, we could be liable as well. The badlands are full of sand, mud, water holes, and tight wooded trails. It would be next to impossible not to scratch a plastic panel. We took the side by side out for 30mins and brought it back. They did a full inspection of vehicle... The only way this business makes money is by keeping your deposit and charging you to repair the vehicles. SCAM!

Beware. Attempted to have us pay for poorly maintained vehicle and claim it's our fault. While we were there 3 vehicles broke down, needing "rescue" including ours. We purchased all available insurance but that didn't cover anything. Driving conservatively the vehicle broke and they claimed we owed $1200 in repairs. Refused to show any records that vehicles are maintained to industry standards and requirements. We ended up winning the dispute with out cc of the repair cost, but out the $500 daily cost. Costly, disappointing and a waste of our vacation day.

We went to the Badlands as an group outing of women. 2 were experienced, 6 were not. It was a great time. The machines were easy to use. Through the week there were less people which made it easier for beginners. There were different kinds of trails that made it very interesting. It was a wonderful new experience.

Rental was brand new 2021, pretty easy process to check-in but very misleading on parental guidelines. I had some 16 year olds with me who brought their own bikes and my nephew wanted to ride with me on the side by side. His name was on the contract and I am 42 years old. They kicked him off later in the day and we wasted an hour with this because they said I was not his mom even know the kid drives a car, ridiculous you can't be a passenger. Must be 18 to be a passenger without your legal guardian in the vehicle even if they sign off on it as well. I gave four because I had a good time. Upon return they tried to tell me the from Axel was bent, I said there is no way!!! Believe they thought he could scam me but wasn't having it.

I feel so taking advantage of. I showed up and rented 2 RZR’s. They put a $3000 hold on the card. After getting the money they basically said we are on our on. We must find our way to the course with was about a mile away. We would have no guide and they advised us to not use the streets but the backroads to find the bandland course . Once we got to the badlands to drive the course there we’re so many spots we needed to stay away from. It was confusing as heck.

Once returning with the vehicle they alleged we damaged the RSR’s which was ridiculous. Returned $500 of the $3000 they placed on hold. I felt sick bc Im no mechanic I had to trust his word.

Sincerely
NEVER AGAIN

Had fun on the ride, but then after we had a bent front arm. Slight bend. Don't evene know what caused it. They charged an additional $400 + dollars for repair cost. If it were mine I would have put it in the press and straightened it out. done. They charged for a new one, bearings, bushings, labor, etc. Ouch... Not worth the trip for that kind of money.
