It's kind of tricky coming from the bridge to park at on-campus parking. Turn is not clearly marked. We walked in to find the security guards piddling with the roll thing to walk through. Kind of annoyed, they notice us, and are immediately the nicest guys ever. Asked if we were staying for unlimited crab legs (start at 4). We... More

I'm not a gambler but we will stop on special occasions and when traveling with others who want to. I have to say I like this one best drink stations up front friendly staff nice Riverview's out on smoking decks. Slots are looser than St Louis

From the security guards who welcome you when you walk in to the cashiers, everyone is very kind. The non-smoking policy is the best. You MUST be 21 to get in, even to eat, but the new 99 HOPS HOUSE, like Hollywood Casino, is awesome. You cannot get cell reception, but that's kind of nice....getting away from it all and... More

It was my bright suggestion to go to ALTON for my friends bday--instead of the STL casinos---6 of us...played various games ...NO ONE won ....elevator smells bad (has for years)...the 3rd floor was closed off....I apologized to everyone...bad choice...never again....maybe if we had eaten there...I could have had one nice thing to say!

The stuff are very friendly and welcoming. The last time we were there, it was to enjoy the lunch buffet. But everyone was very nice and wished us luck for gaming! We were a little disappointed that they no longer have the buffet specials. But their buffet didn't disappoint. Good, fresh hot food. And a great selections! Those desserts!!!!!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The buffet was delicious, except for the desserts. They seemed to have been leftover a bit too long.

This casino is like a floating saloon! Adorable! You feel the boat moving on the waves. The shuttle is a big bonus!

I've been here several times and won some and lost some. I'm a slots player. I've had more luck on the Double Diamond and 2x3x4x machines. Ok if you're in the Alton area and you don't want to go all the way to St Louis to a casino there. You'll probably have as much of a chance to hit here... More

Yesterday was my first trip there in two years. The table games are now on the first floor. Slot machines are on the 1st and 2nd floors. This casino is the smallest of the six in the St. Louis area, but it has enough gaming options. It has the old three-reel slots my mother likes as well as the newer... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We really appreciate it. We agree that the employees are really friendly, and many of them have worked here since we opened nearly 25 years ago. We do apologize for the construction related to building our brand new dining outlet, Hops House. We anticipate it being open in early 2016.... More
