Aloha All. Thanks for all the wonderful reviews. Unfortunately, the good scores are piling up for someone else's company. I'm not "All Maui Private Tours". That's not my company and I'm not sure why my reviews are all being grouped under this company name but I have no affiliation with them. My Business name is "Maui's Private Guide LLC". Trip Advisor won't let me create a business profile so all my reviews are being grouped all over the place. I'm not sure how to remedy this. Any suggestions?

My wife and I booked a trip with Bryan before we went to Maui in February and we are very glad we did. He is very personable and we could paddle as long as we wanted or stop and enjoy the scenery and whales. He is also very conscientious about enforcing the laws protecting the whales. What an amazing time; just us and Bryan in kayaks with the whales. We had just started out when Bryan noticed some commotion in the water so we stayed in the area and there was a mother whale with a very new baby! She hung around us for almost an hour and we got to see how mom and baby interacted. She supported him on her back as the baby learned to breathe and get used to being on his own. After mom was sure he was okay, she beached three times in a row right in front of us... unbelievable!!!! The new baby also practiced breaching and was fun to watch. We saw lots of other whales and had a fabulous morning. We would have booked another trip while we were there but he was booked up. When, not if, we go back we will definitely book with Bryan again.

Bryan met us promptly at our ship with his sparkling clean van fully loaded with a colorful array of snorkeling gear of all sizes. He took us to a beautiful low-key local beach where we enjoyed a wonderful hour of early morning snorkeling. I am a novice snorkeler and Bryan gave me all the tips I needed to successfully enjoy the experience. We were traveling with our 96 year old mother, so while we played in the water, Bryan made sure that Mom was well situated in a comfy beach chair, in the shade, with beverages at hand. He packed us up and we headed to the lava fields and two special beaches where we watched the spinner dolphins frolicking. Then, he took us to the upcountry where, at his recommendation, we had a great lunch with panoramic views at the Kula Lodge. Bryan is an interesting conversationalist with many stories of his experiences and cultural and geologic knowledge of the island. We then we headed through some quaint small towns to catch some spectacular high surf, with whale watching and sea turtle beach sightings. At the end of the day, Bryan dropped us off at Sarento's on the Beach for some awesome sunset dining. Kudos to Bryan for a great day on Maui!!

We hired Bryan Miner, owner of Maui's Private Guide to take us on the Road to Hana. Not only was Bryan professional and friendly, he was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the Hawaiian Islands. We found Bryan courteous and accommodating during our 10 hour day with him. While a little more expensive than a group bus tour, it was well worth the additional cost as we has our own guide, could stop whenever we wanted at beaches, historical sites, fruit stands, and for photos. On our way back to Kaanapali area, we drove through beautiful country,an area everyone should visit while on Maui. Bryan is a part-time student at the U. Of Hawaii so his availability may be limited. He can be reached at 808-344-9595 or www.mauisprivateguide.com.

Maui's Private Guide is Bryan Miner. We booked the Road to Hana tour with him on a Sunday (one of the only days we had available). We felt absolutely comfortable and relaxed the whole ride as he was the one who dealt with the single lane roads, locals on their way somewhere - fast, and finding parking near any sites we wanted to photograph. He was also very good at customizing the trip to our needs and suggesting stops that wouldn't be overly taxing on my friend. We still had an amazing time and very much enjoyed the variety of beaches, falls, and accompanying history. Thank you Bryan for making our trip to Hana both easy and memorable!

We went on a snorkeling tour while we were in Maui and it was one of the best tours we have ever been on anywhere in the world. The captain and his staff were outstanding and the attention to detail was phenomenal. We had first class service with outstanding food and drink the entire tour. The whales were a huge plus!!!!

Great way to see Hana--or other parts of Maui for that matter. The tour companies will all direct you to a group...some bus wtth 6-10 other people, but the real option is Bryan...and we recommend that heartily.
Here's a guy that you can feel very comfortable with --and will take your direction totally---just tell him what you want to do.
He took us on a trip to Hana...and it meant my sanity! He drove and we enjoyed...plus he has a wealth of knowledge about Maui and has gone out of his way to learn about Maui...
You can feel totally secure about Bryan...very honorable..and very trustworthy...truly the best way to enjoy Maui...email him or call him...and avoid the group tours!

While hiring a private guide is a luxury, the day spent with Bryan on the Road to Hana was a memorable one. We could stop where we wanted, linger as long as we wanted and not worry about driving and the road but enjoy the scenery in the new, air conditioned mini van that Bryan has. Bryan did his home work and became an expert in local history that he shared with us and he really enjoys what he is doing. We learned a lot from him during this one day. Bryan delivered everything he promised. We enjoyed his company, the ride and highly recommend him.

What a fabulous day. Brian met us as we got off of our tender and we feel as if we have a new friend for life. We entrusted him to show us the sights and we were not disappointed. Brian has amazing knowledge of everything local from the rain forrest to the lava fields. His grasp of the islands history was very deep. You will not be disappointed....not in the least.
