Very nice

It's a scenic spot with beautiful blue water , red cliffs and natural pools. Very few people were here when we visited which enhanced the visit even further.

My wife and I stopped here for a picnic and stayed because it was so beautiful and there were so few people on the beach. This beach has a bathroom and showers, shaded picnic tables and grills, plus plenty of beautiful, sandy beach. Additionally, there is a great lava flow formed beach to explore. My wife LOVED this beach and... More

A sandy beach. Maybe I am just spoiled, but this was really nothing special. It was fine and there are public restrooms.

What a beautiful spot. Very family friendly. Lots of people camping in the beach park, but not at all crowded. Great snorkeling and calm surf. Often you can spot spinner dolphins offshore, but they were not around during out visit.

This is our 11th trip to this location and every time it amazes. The sand itself is very soft and lovely to walk on. The snorkeling is amazing with great visibility and variety of fish. The spinner dolphins do come into the bay to rest but according to the beach attendants less than in previous years. They attribute this to... More

Took fairy from Lahaina to Lanai to visit Hulopoe Beach for the day. Very short walk from fairy, 10 minutes, head left from dock. Beautiful crescent beach with good snorkling at the rocks on the left. Nice waves the day we were there. Lots of picnic tables and bbqs. Nice washrooms. Shade under trees and coconut palms. Several showers to... More

This is a pretty spot and park to stop and end the day before catching the Ferry back to Maui! Nice beach next to the Four Seasons resort. A must stop if on Lana'i!

Hulopoe is a beautiful beach with plenty of sand sun and shade trees. It's also my favorite spot to snorkel and see many tide pools. If you want to see a stunning reef, swim out on the tide pool (left) side of the beach.

We stayed in Lanai and spent a lot of time at Hulopoe beach. The water is very clear and warm. The beach is very clean with bathrooms nearby. We went snorkeling and saw many different kinds of fish, including large Angel fish and parrot fish. We watched spinner Dolphins playing in the middle of the bay as well. If you... More

Walking distance from the ferry. Just hop on the ferry and head over to lanai for the day and spend the whole time at this beach! It's large, there's trees for shade, there's plenty of picnic tables, there are bathrooms and showers, and it's not crowded. Just make sure to bring your own drinks and snacks. There are no stores...
