We stayed on Lanai, and there is nothing better than the afternoons we spent on this beach. We went just up the hill to the golf club at the hotel for lunch, which was lovely, one day. We enjoyed the snorkeling, we hiked up along...More

The boat ride over we saw full breach of a whale. It was breathtaking. This beach is gorgeous. Such clear water and nice sand...the water was refreshing. I could sit and enjoy the ocean all day.

We went here a few times since it was right near the resort. It's beautiful there and very relaxing. Got lots of great views from the resort too.

Unlike most of the other Hawaiian islands, there aren’t many beaches around on Lanai. In fact, this is the only one you should use for swimming and sun bathing. If you’re staying in town and the cool winds give you second thoughts about swimming, don’t...More

There's a market in Lanai City (Richard's Market). (808) 565-3781. You can call them and ask if they have charcoal briquettes. The bigger issue is how you're going to get to Lanai City to buy them.
