Use this address to find the Rainbow Trees: 7457–7485 Kuamoo Rd Kapaa HI 96746 Just keep driving Kuamo'o Road all the way to the end. Don't worry about notes of the creek blocking the road; if you have a low clearance car, just park and...More

We saw 2 cars in the ditch just pass where the water over flows the road. be awfully careful if you decide to drive past the water road way. The area is lacking visible signs for trails. We went to Smith's Arboreatum the next day...More

When we were walking through a local art gallery there were some photos of the "rainbow eucalyptus" trees. I had never heard of them before, but my wife had. We decided to look them up and see if we were close. Luckily we were, so...More

The primary reason to go here is to see the amazing Rainbow Eucalyptus trees. We took our friends as they had never seen these trees before. This isn't for everyone. Hot exciting or extraordinary, but if you have never seen a Rainbow Eucalyptus before it...More

I am in aww how someone can't enjoy this beautiful park. I would love to spend more time at this area. The trees and their different colors are just spectacular. God's coloring box is so very awesome on this island. This is a must see

We came here during a rainy week. The bathrooms at the top of the hill to the left of the bridge are easily the most disgusting things I’ve ever laid eyes on. This is coming from someone who very often uses remote composting toilets on...More

This arboretum is the best place to see Rainbow Eucalyptus trees on Kauai. There are at least 30 of them right at the entrance, and they are exquisite! Must see :)

Lovely forest, grassy areas and river. There’s a gentle peace about this park, and the stand of well-named Rainbow Eucalyptus trees is a wonder to look at. The mountain air is refreshingly cool and a nice change if the coast is too hot. The bridge...More

The car/pedestrian bridge is complete. There is also a new parking area and a few picnic tables. Depending on the weather it is possible to drive back in aways and see some beautiful areas of the park. Would recommend a high clearance vehicle as the...More

I know, who wants to leave the beach, but there is more to Kauai than the beach. Keahua Arboretum is your countryside version. It a a little ways inland and close to the mountains, so it's cooler. There is a grassy park area with some...More

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful drive up to the Arboretum. Once there we enjoyed the stroll through the arboretum. The Rainbow Eucalyptus are incredible and worth seeing. One of the previous reviews indicated about driving through a stream, but the bridge is complete, so no...More

Bridge for pedestrians and cars is being built, which will be nice once finished for those that don't want to wade thru the water to get to the beautiful trees. Worthy stop for colorful photography of the trees along the river. Not much to see...More
