We stayed in princeville two weeks late October 2018. We were told It could be a year or longer of never reopened especially the trails near ke’e beach as the trails were totally destroyed.

Love this beach but it is very popular with tourists. Go early to ensure that you get a parking place. I was once sitting on this beach when a seal hauled out of the water to take a rest very close to me.
