Our sales agents are trained to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to all customers, which maximizes each customer's experience. Boss Frog's prides itself on making customer service a priority.In addition to rental gear, Boss Frog's maintains a large retail selection of beach equipment, including high-end sunglasses, rash guards, reef safe sunblock, board shorts, sarongs, mens and womens clothing, sandals, snorkel gear, beach toys and gifts. We have the best on-Island selections of Maui Jims, Sunclouds, Sanuks and Reef slippers for adults and kids. All customers are greeted with the Aloha spirit at our locations.

So glad we came into Boss Frog today. Shaka went above and beyond to make sure our trip will be one to remember. We had two rowdy toddlers and she was so patient and helpful finding their gear as well. She even spent time helping us plan out the rest of our vacation showing us some of the best places to go. 6+ stars

Friends told us to rent gear here and when we went in, Justin hooked us up with surf boards. We also booked a helicopter tour and Luau with them for better prices than booking direct. They were all friendly and helpful through several visits.
Would definitely come back here for future rentals and excursions. Thanks guys!

This was our second year renting road bikes from Boss Frog. What a surprise and a pleasant one at that, to see Justin was still working there! He is great, gave us good advice and spot on with his knowledge of the island. The bicycles they rent are top of the line Cannondales that are fully equipped, well maintained and road ready. After riding the Maui Century and going in to get a flat fixed, Justin fully cleaned and oiled the bikes for us. Now that is an employee that cares about the equipment they rent!
Chris and Nick were new to us this year and they too provided excellent customer service. We booked a dinner cruise and rented snorkeling equipment. All I can say is Boss Frog hires the best and trains them well. A great shop. We are already planning to rent our bikes and equipment from Boss Frog again next year.

Snorkeling gear useless - gets foggy and not able to see anything.
Helicopter rides overpriced, unless you see a timeshare presentation... wtf all I want is to get some gear and attractions, not a timeshare rip off!

The snorkeling gear is top of the line and comes with defog, which should alleviate any fogginess. We are sorry if we failed to properly educate you on how to use the defog. We have great prices on all our activities, which become extremely affordable if you take advantage of a vacation membership tour. Our activities are super fun and memorable and a great way to take your vacation to the next level. A helicopter tour is one of the most amazing ways to see Maui.

I got stuck with with wrong pedals. Joe and Andrew helped me out with a used set without having to buy a new set. Very friendly and helpful.

went in just to rent some equipment, but the guys are Boss Frog's, especially Justin, became our expert guides at recommending beaches, tours, restaurants and other activities specific to our needs while on Maui. Service was great, friendly and not pushy. Would highly recommend this location in the Kihei area.

We are repeat customers for this location each time we come. Staff is very helpful & knowledgeable. Thanks to Brent for AWESOME service that keeps us coming back!
He fixes us up every time with top of the line snorkel gear and we get great prices on shows, dinner cruises etc. I always refer my friends to this location.

Have rented bikes and bought a few souvenirs here in the last couple of years. Last year my rental bike was stolen and although I had to pay for the bike the staff were so kind and interesting. This year one of the same employees - Turner - seemed less than happy to be at work both when I rented my bike and then when I stopped back by for a small repair. Maybe he was having a bad week but disappointed in his demeanor. Upon returning the bike, the employee could not have been nicer and was thankful. I did not get his name.

Went here to get snorkel gear for the family. Orron sized us up pretty quick and had us all set up. Even gave me the tips for getting a mask seal with a mustache. HraT service all around. Thanks Orron!!
