Great nature access.... Wonderful place to take pucs. Can see such a wide variety of plants, animals and bugs. Go early morning is one of the best times to walk the trails and see all kinds of birds. Mid day you really don't see to many animals.... Great trails with lakes, ponds and more!

There are many activities, areas to just get lost in nature and exhibits that are very informative for all levels. I especially enjoy the amount of wildlife present.

Enjoyed the 1100 acres of paths and boardwalks. (That's open to bikes and is all handicap accessible.). It's listed as an Audubon International global important bird area. We took lots of pics of the different areas. (Floodplain swamps, creeks, and constructed wetlands). There's a visitor center with different educational areas. The children's play space is fun for the adults that... More

We have been here to this nature center several times for various visits and field trips. One of the best times to visit is during their Earth Day activities. We have been to the Earth Day activities several times and our children always enjoy the various activities and projects. Our home school group also enjoys having field trips here. This... More

But it's a water treatment facility!! The trails are nice enough, but you keep on getting 'whiffs' of... stuff.

We have been at the park just for half an hour and didn't see everything from the park, but parking is free and the trails are all well prepared. You will find several opportunities to entertain yourself all the time. There was also a small bee visiting available just across the restrooms at the beginning of the park. I would... More

The boardwalk through the swamp was excellent. The highlight of our walk was seeing a snake in the water that had caught a frog and was trying to swallow it. The trail around the wetlands is also nice. Everything was well maintained, which is amazing for a free attraction.

I love coming here with my camera just to relax and take some photos. It's relaxing. it's not usually overly too crowded and you can always walk around and enjoy a nice stroll.
