went to see a movie on a tuesday night...walked in and they had 3 lines open and they were all 15 plus people deep..i waited in line 10 minutes and my line hadnt moved..i decided if thats the best they can do then they did not need my money so i got out of line and went to where they were showing the free pass movie now, i understand that this was a first come first serve seating basis...no assigned seats and i knew that i might have a problem with seating with my wife not getting off work till 7 and the movie starting at 730...but...i walked up theater 11 and stood in line 15 minutes and im thinking there isnt that many people there...the lady scanning fstarts letting people in and i hear her tell the couple in front of my wife and i that there was only seating left up in the front...we walked in and the theater was packed...we walked around just like 20 others were trying to find 2 seats together...everything was saved or a single seat...ten minutes later we walked out.. the lady outside was still scanning rickets and letting people in so we told her and those in line that no more seats existed...there was not 1 movie official in the theater trying to direct traffic or ask people to move over to make room..management knows how many seats they have in the theater and with unassigned seating, management should know that someone should be in there directing...this is not their first free pass night...and if this is how they handle tuesday ights and free pass nights, i wont be back…

Had so much fun with my son on $5.00 Tuesday. We saw the new Spiderman movie! We are already planning this Tuesday to see The Lion King with his Mom!!

Waited 20 minutes in line for snacks. Just as we were 2nd in line they closed our line. Cashier just waived her hands and pointed at the other lines Theater was barely staffed on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Not very smart. Add dirty hallways at noon Must not be any competition in this town …

Ever since moving here 15 years ago I have probably been to this cinema 5 times mainly because there is a nicer and cleaner cinema that's closer. Unfortunately, the movie my family wanted to see today all the shows at our favorite cinema were sold out, and I was told this theater had been updated! So we gave it a try. Never again will I go there again! Some things were updated but not enough! We purchased our tickets online so we assumed arriving 20minutes early would be more than enough time. Nope we stood in line in concessions way over 25min so we said nevermind and went in to watch our movie which had started. The upgrade to recliners was a plus, but I have never witnessed so many patrons using their mobile phones during a movie ever!! Including three on my row! Also, apparently with the upgrade the forgot to include cleaning. That has got to be the dirtiest and smelliest theatre I've been in. It's sad that for a family of 3 to spend almost $40 for a less than an enjoyable experience at the movies! No, it will have to be an extreme case for me to ever attend that cinema again. If my usual clean, great service, enjoyable theater is sold out we will wait!!…

It's really nice to see that the Regal Augusta Exchange theater is providing the mentally and developmentally disabled members of our community with employment opportunity and inclusion.. awesome ticket usher, greeting and smiles every time my wife and I come through the door.
