This is an excellent Safe, Clean well organize place to visit with the family, especially teenagers who like outdoors and nature. Great family trip.

Excellent place to see the entire city from the top of the cliff. It is a must place to visit when in Tegucigalpa.

We started walking there but were told by a friendly local not to go any farther, so we took a cab and loved it. Well worth the effort.

El Picacho is the air filter of Tegucigalpa. Surrounded by trees and nice views. A lot of places to visit. Zoo. Restaurant El Cristo del Picacho monument. Lots of trails to walk. If you are an explorer this is the best place to start.

The Christ statue is something to behold, but the views of the city are breathtaking. And if you are up to it, climb the stairs of the ruins as well.

This is a very nice place to visit in Tegucigalpa w/ wonderful views of the city. But make sure to bring confortable shoes since there is a lot of walking to do with uneven sidewalks and hills.

Yes, there are, and also other fields and areas are even better for picnics. On weekends you will try to arrive early cause they might get taken. Happy exploring!
