Very nice place for strolling and feeling the breeze. People are very friendly and communicative. On weekends you find all kinds of vendors and families enjoying the scene. No crime whatsoever.

This is part of the new waterfront revitalization for La Ceiba and while it's been under way for years, it's coming along nicely. Take a stroll along the waterfront and out along the Pier, safe and easy. Local food and culture all along the way.

Not much to to in La Ceiba, so it was nice to find this. Just a peaceful place to walk. The pier provides a great photo opportunity.

It's more of a fisherman spot. The locals were fishing and of you ask they will let you try to catch one and are very friendly but the beach itself is more for fishing than swimming.
