What a sweet spot for people who live on a small island to get from their daily routine. I happened to get the invite to go to Water Cay for a birthday party, what a blast. Nothing but sand and palm trees about. Beautiful sand...More

I love this place but that is because I am a diver. If you do not dive it is probably better to visit Roatan as there is much more to do there for non divers. The coral here is beautiful and on some dives you...More

Amazing people and place with history that is captivating. Could listen to stories all day long. The board walk that connects the cayes always has children fishing , playing ..very friendly

All of the reefs in the cays were beautiful - growing well, thriving. The fish population is down a bit (from what I understand) but they're working on that (also from what I understand)

Beautiful, laid back little island. Been to Roatan many times so we thought we'd try Utila. Very laid back, mostly 20ish ex-pats & divers. Handful of cars but lots of cycles. Had a great time!

Had a great time with a group of friends at Water Cay. Reasonable transportation via Bush's. Really nice sandbar for swimming, but the entrance can be a little rocky. Fantastic snorkeling, though you will have to float cautiously in some spots to avoid hitting coral.
