I've done Extreme Roatan twice now and will certainly do it again. It is a great physical test of strenght and endurance if you want to push yourself hard, or a great family/group building experience using team work to conqure obsticals.

There was a group of us from a cruise ship that participated in this challenging course. There are "optional" obstacles. The trail is for all levels of runners/trekkers/adventurers. The scenery is spectacular. It was a hot and dry day so hydration was critical. Some of our group had fun in the mud - they said it cooled them down! Regular "mudders" said the course was easy. Newbies said it was tough. Very well organized and supported.

This course is challenging enough for serious athletes yet accessible enough for family fun. We had a great time traipsing through the jungle trails and the obstacles were so much fun! You definitely need a change of clothes - unless, of course, you wuss out and walk around the mud pits, but where's the fun in that? The views from the hills are absolutely stunning as well (and a good excuse to stop and catch your breath). The location is gorgeous, so add in extra time in your day to wander around the gardens and grounds of Blue Harbor Tropical Arboretum while you're there. Great for families, for friends, for couples...anyone!

I really enjoyed, had a good experience. The course was perfect, and easy to follow, It was hard and super fun; I would definitely do it again!!

This tour was really amazing.
You can walk or run through the jungle, going up the hills to where the views are the best of the island, also if you want to try, the have really cool obstacles to pass by !!
The course to walk or run is very good !!
From the beginning the staff was very friendly, there is a bar there where they offer the best smoothies on the island with the fruits that they have from the property.
Really fun tour !!

Some friends told us about this new tour which is an adventure course - mud - obstacle run. The course is challenging, there are some great obstacles natural and man made and it was like wow at the end, we just did that. Staff where great and our group had people of different fitness levels who all loved it. We where looking for a day away from the beach and wanted something unique and exciting to do, and this was it.
