Love this beach! Clean. Water is great! Cocktails very close by. Fun ski lift ride to get to the sand. This was second time there, can't wait to go again....top of my list.

Our cruise ship docked at this Bay during our trip. We were able to get off the ship and walk around in the shopping district. Then, if you wanted to, you could ride a skylift or you could walk, and go to Mahogany Beach. There were cabanas and chairs available for rent. The drinks were awesome! The water was beautiful.... Beautiful beach, extremely clean. Booked this excursion for my daughter (11) and I while on the Carnival Glory. We received unlimited tickets for 2 on the chair lift to the beach, snorkeling equipment, floating mats and clam shell lounge chairs all for around $50. Very relaxing, do as much or as little as you like. The snorkeling was great for... More

Beautiful beach. No-one bugging me to buy anything. No pressure shops. Exceptionally clean. Grab a cocktail at Fat Tuesdays and get on the chairlift and take it down to the beach to some pristine water!

I've visited only for the day from a cruise ship. I've been several times. I have done tours, zip lined and floated. My favorite activity is this beach. Be careful when you buy wifi...you can only use the connections once. Be sure you want to use your phone or your iPad. Next visit I'm going to pay the extra money... More

What a pretty place to relax and enjoy! We enjoyed the nice beach area and time spent swimming and snorkeling. Not a far walk from the cruise ship (approx 10 mins). You can pay to ride the chairlift ($14pp to avoid the walk or prepay for your wristband as an excursion through the cruiseline for a little cheaper). While riding... More

We stopped here on a carnival cruise ship. Excursion is inexpensive and relaxing. They have some decent snorkeling off to the left of the beach. They have a bar and restaurant with good bar type food. Nothing authentic from honduras. They have kayaks you can rent and lots of shops in close proximity. It's very close to the boat so... More

Myself, my wife, my two daughters (18 and 21 yrs old), and my niece ( 17 yrs old), took the July 9th Western Caribbean cruise , on the Carnival Magic, out of Port Canaveral. It was our 8th cruise: 3rd with Carnival, and 2nd to these destinations. It was my niece's first trip outside the U.S. The destinations are as... More

Mahogany Beach is an easy option for anyone on a Carnival Cruise. The environment is very safe and controlled. If traveling with small kids or elderly or anyone with special needs, this is a safe and beautiful choice.
