Wow! If you get a chance, do this dive!

Here on Roatan with a family of ten. All but one of us did this dive. About 17 six to twelve foot reef sharks and one large grouper joined us. Quite an experience! We always... read more

Somehow one shop has the monopoly on the shark dive in Roatan. All shops must contract through them. Our group had enough to get a full boat on our own. Our dive shop, as part of the deal sent two of their divemasters. And it is a good thing they did. The initial briefing was good, but the Waihuka dive... More

Awesome shark dive, lots of photo opps, extremely well handled. The team took good care of us, and was obviously loved by LuLu, the resident Black Grouper.

Here on Roatan with a family of ten. All but one of us did this dive. About 17 six to twelve foot reef sharks and one large grouper joined us. Quite an experience! We always felt completely at ease with the sharks and they felt the same way about us. The staff was professional, if not exactly friendly. The boat... More

There are a lot of negative reviews of this dive and operation and I'm compelled to disagree with them. I read them all before diving, to the point that the negative reviews resulted in my girlfriend deciding not to do the dive. I've told her she missed out on a great experience and the next time we are back in... More

Great and exciting shark dive in Roatan. Not deep, 75 feet or 22 m, not easy because of the strong current but divemasters are trained enough to keep you safe. Not relax ed! There where 10-12 sharks, 8-12feet (3-4m) not aggressive But very fast. Must do

I have read all the winging and whining reviews and I totally disagree with them. For my Buddy and I it was our third dive trip to Roatan but the first Shark Dive. I can tell you that some dive shops don't always fully explain how the Shark Dive works, only one shop does it and your safety is the... More

The people at this place are seedy. They run this dice multiple times a day and just herd you in. You go out on an uncovered boat. If it is overcast, prepare to freeze. This dive is not even close to other shark dives offered in the carib. Way overpriced.

Very clear explanations! Being with the sharks is an awesome feeling. They are so close to you! I was even touched by one. It is impressive to see them fighting for the bucket. I was very happy to find a Shark theet for souvenir. However, there was few disappointments. The groups are very large (20 people). We cannot use our... More

Very excited about diving in amongst the sharks.... but it turned out to be rather an unpleasant experience. Our group felt we were treated rather badly. Firstly there was no paperwork to attend to and no sighting of our diving qualifications. Briefing was brief then we were put in boat in full dive gear but about 10 minutes out the... More

Ride out was a bit rough, but you couldn't beat the view. Current was strong at the surface, once you got to 25-30 feet it was much better. I was terrified at the start of this dive, but by the time I got to the wall at about 65-70 feet I was calm. I was even the first one to... More
