Many butterfly's and flowers. I believe it is included in the price of admission to the nature park.

Unfortunately, we believed the hotel clerk when he said we only needed an hour to visit. We spent maybe 45 min looking at the butterflies and the exhibits, but you also need time to walk the beautiful trails with all the suspension bridges and the opportunity to see monkeys, coatis and other wildlife. It was lovely being there. Allow at... More

Great place to visit, specially if you have kids. Butterflies come to your shoulder and stand in your head SUPER CUTE EXPERIENCE! I wish it was bigger. They also have a cocoon area where we got lucky and saw a butterfly come out!!! :)

This is a really interesting place, set inside the large nature park. They have examples of all stages of a butterfly's life, from egg, caterpillar, chrysalis, to butterfly. These are all set in the large butterfly nursery. The information written by the displays is very comprehensive, and in English as well as Spanish. I was especially pleased to see that... More

This garden is right next to the Nature Reserve / Zip Line. Once inside, you will experience butterflies floating everywhere inside the garden. You can take great pictures since the butterflies sense no danger.

Nice location but butterfly exhibit disappointing. Counted 9 different species fluttering but that's hardly worth the $10 entrance fee. Yawn!

A paradise for seeing many types of butterflies and getting fabulous photos. Saw a most interesting see-through butterfly! Kids will like the caterpillar exhibit.

Nice, natural tropical setting with waterfalls, hanging bridges, monkeys, and more. A great afternoon hike.

The Butterfly Sanctuary is decent and is a not miss as PART of the Canopy Tour (ziplining) at the Nature Reserve. See my review of the zipline tour - not to be missed! You also get to see the monkeys and Coatis from the monkey platform - all included in the Canopy tour price. I don't know if I would... More

The reserve hike was very good. The butterfly exhibit was amazing. Also make sure to visit the butterfly lab. You'll see new butterflies emerging from their cocoons.
