This was my first mall to visit when I was in Guatemala. It’s amazing how nice and great their malls are compared to the ones we have in the US. This place has areas opened to the outside so you get to enjoy Guatemala’s great weather and nature while shopping. While this place is considered smaller than others they do have a lot of shopping and dining options. This is a must when in the area.

It is a small mall with many restaurants ! If you feel like having a nice conversation with a friend or your couple , while enjoying good and nice food , you should go there. I don’t recommend it for kids , the playing area is outside and next to the street.

If you are nearby and want to visit a different mall and have a nice walk in the patio design see the stores and restaurants, you'll enjoy visiting this mall.
Has nice branded restaurants: Saul, Tre Fratelli, Cafe Barista, etc. Also good list of stores like Columbia, SMF, Vimarco, etc.
It has also underground parking spaces nice to have vs the rest of Majadas and not that crowded as Miraflores, I would call it: very convenient, for quick shop, bank visit and lunch/dinner.

There are almost only restaurants here. Since its concept is so open, beware the weather, if it is windy or too chilly you should take a sweater or jacket with you.
They charge 10 quetzales per hour for parking. The parking should be free of subsidized if a patron eats at any of the restaurants. It is not fun to be minding the hour if you are having a good conversation with a friend here.

This is a really cool mall that is fun to visit while you are in the are and need to waste some time. The mall is very clean and there are some cool shops. Go to the restaurants La Cantina is really good and has some cheap and good drinks.

Big, complex mall, with the same restaurants that you can find in Oakland Mall or Pradera Condado Concepcion. The best, for me, is De Museo shop.
