Great experience in archeological site of Tikal, Every thing was perfect. I suggest to take with You Mosquito repellent and body sunscreen. I also suggest to rent a vehicle to make the transfers easier and more efficient, since the distance between the archaeological center and Flores is not close.

When visiting beautiful Guatemala, you MUST visit Tikal National park!! There's a lot of ruins to visit and take pictures of. The views from the ruins are breath taking. I suggest you take plenty of water, carry a light backpack, wear sunblock and comfortable clothes as well.. It can be hot and humid. Before entering the park, there's a little stand that offers drinks and snacks you may purchase. Around 4:30pm or 5pm you begin to hear the animals get louder as they begin to come out and eat. Fun and unique experience!
