Ron was great. He had the most reasonable prices of any shuttle service I contacted for the Belize City to San Ignacio route. He was always on time and he always kept in touch with us via email ahead of pickup. He was very chatty and shared information with us about good places to eat in San Ignacio. He was willing to add multiple stops to our return trip to Belize City so that I could see Belmopan and the Belize Zoo.

Thank you to Ron and Sher for a smooth and fun ride from Sweet Songs Jungle Lodge to Goldson! You made a somewhat long ride not so long...loved the tunes!
I really appreciated that Ron and team stayed connected with me and confirmed pick up time/day a day or so prior. Gave me a level of comfort knowing the arrangements were solid. They were very responsive and dependable and got us to Goldson a bit earlier than expected and we were able to catch an earlier TropicAir flight to San Pedro which meant we didn't waste any vacation time in the airport.

Ron was perfectly on time (actually a bit early!) for our rides from the airport to the San Ignacio area, and back to the airport. His personalized hand-held sign at the airport was very easy to spot. His vehicles were excellent. Ron was happy to talk when we wished and was patient with my 10-year old grandson's questions and comments. I will absolutely use Ron's shuttle every time I travel to Belize. Thanks, Ron!

Excellent service, friendly and very knowledgeable. On time and early. He picked us up from the water taxi and took us to sleeping giants. We loved hearing about his experiences as a Dutch man in Belize for almost 20 years. He told us about his family and belizean wife and then we had the absolute pleasure to have his step daughter take us on our return journey to the airport. She arrived in a fancy landrover almost 30 minutes early and we had great conversation and music all the ay. Very professional, súper punctual, affordable and simply the best. Thank you!!

Ron answered emails very quickly and patiently answered all our questions. He not only had very competitive prices, he was very professional, prompt, courteous, and a very safe driver. He drove us in his comfortable, air conditioned van from Belize airport to San Ignacio, then to Placencia a few days later, then back to Belize city to the cruise ship pier a few days later. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the long rides went by a lot faster. He was thoughtful and asked here and there if we needed a rest stop, and even ice cream. We very highly recommend Ron's Belize Shuttle!

.They have plenty of good reviews but make sure you take note of the cancellation policy.....
I made reservations for February 27th for pick-up at the airport. (2 people - $160) My flight was delayed due to bad weather. I emailed that day while I was sitting on the airplane. I told him I would keep him updated. We ended up missing our connecting flight and had a layover at DFW. This was also emailed to Ron the same day late afternoon. We asked if we could reschedule. I get an email the following day that he is waiting at the airport for us. I ended up getting half of my money back but felt this was unacceptable. If he doesn't have staff or dispatchers he needs to list his hours for service. I went above and beyond to contact him. If email isn't a good way to do so he should list what is the best method.

Ron was great! He shuttled us from the airport to San Ignacio and was already waiting to pick us up from our flight into Belize. He was very attentive, talked about the history of Belize and stopped for us to use the restroom and load up on Belikin! He was so great, we booked him for a shuttle back to the city for transport to the Islands. His van was clean and the air conditioning was flowing, so it was a comfortable ride both ways. If you need a ride, book Ron.

My wife and I booked Ron's service online 3 months before our trip with ease. Communication online as our travel approached was always quickly answered. All of our travel details were very clear and left us feeling very confident with our arrangements. Ron meet us at the airport in Belize City and drove us to San Ignacio. The trip was pleasant and passed quickly with great conversation. Two days later Ron picked us up and transported us to Maya Beach. Another great trip with more local information. Ron is very knowledgeable and is very personable. We all shared stories about our paths in life and about our dreams. Ron is living and working in this beautiful country for all the right reason, and it shows!! Great driver, fair prices, outstanding customer service and a wonderful person. If you need a ride and Ron is available, you would be silly to look elsewhere.

Ron was a fantastic driver. He took my wife and I on a few trips including Placencia to San Ignacio, San Ignacio to Water Taxi (headed to San Pedro). His van was comfortable and clean. We felt very safe the entire time. We highly recommend Ron’s Belize Shuttle Service!

He drove us all arround Belize. And from the first contact by email to the last moments when we shook our hands goodbye, Ron's was efficient, reliable, polite, funny and shown passion for the job. You must call him. It's a sure shot. And ask him about the funny story on the lake in Suriname. ; )
