Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire life cycle of the the blue morpho and malachite butterflies. He explained how to differentiate the sexes and how the butterflies mate and reproduce. It was a beautiful exhibit

We were pleasantly surprised--well worth climbing the path to reach this spot--terrific naturalist in residence explain the exhibit.

a great place to learn about the environment you are in. It's a nice walk uphill from the Chaa Creek Lodge area.

We visited the museum and butterfly farm on the way back from Xunantunich ruins. The tour was very informative about the Maya lifestyle and also about loca flora and fauna. The butterfly farm was like a fairy dream. My 7 years old enjoyed as much as i did.

Being on a hotel property I wasn't sure how interesting this would be, but it was really well done. They put a lot of time & pride into it so it's a great way to spend a couple hours learning about Belize. The butterfly farm was really cool, they really care about them!

what we saw was interesting and our guide was great, but definitely not worth the time and heat. This may be good for younger kids (elementary age).

The medicine trail is really great and the tour guides are awesome. I stayed here for a study abroad trip and we went for a night-time hike, LOVED IT! Chaa creek is a happy place with happy vibes.

Very knowledgeable and informative guides helped us understand the natural history of Central Belize. The blue morpho butterflys are dazzling.

Admirably complete and shows what you might see on the trail. Also conveys the history of the land. Right next to the butterfly farm and both can be done together. Recommend you do it in the beginning of your stay
