We were picked up in front of our hotel and on our way to Guatemala! We booked a trip with CAT for the Tikal tour. Our driver and guide was Zach. He was absolutely amazing! We went through the border with such ease and then met our guide for Tikal on the Guatemala side, Noel. Both Zach and Noel really... More

Through our lodge, we booked a full day to Rio Frio Cave, Rio on pools, and Big Rock Falls. Our guide Peter was great! He was very nice, personable, knowledgeable, and fun. I would definitely use this company again.

My husband and I booked a tour package with CAT which included transportation from Placencia to San Ignacio, the ATM cave tour, cave tubing, and transportation to the Belize water taxi. The tour guides were both excellent, conscientious, and very informative. They went out of heir way to make sure we had an excellent time. We had private tours on... More

We have done tours with Cayo Adventure Tours in the past. Because of their awesome service and vast knowledge on a previous trip, we chose them again to accompany us to Caracol. As always, our guide, George, was great. We will definitely choose them again as I feel safe with their expertise and knowledge.

I went on the ATM cave tour with my wife. The pre-trip communication from Cayo was very good. We were originally booked to do climbing + Barton Creek Cave. The night before the tour it was cancelled due to bad weather. Without any hassle we were put on to the ATM cave tour after being given the options of what... More

We used them for our tour of Tikal and were very pleased. We had door to door service and they stay with us through the border crossing. Hugo, or guide, was very informative about Guatemala, it's people, and culture. He shared a lot of information regarding the Mayans and their history.

Our family used Cayo Adventures Tours for 2 excursions....Caracol Mayan Ruins & ATM Cave. The emails exchanged to make the arrangements were always answered promptly and with courtesy. 'Michael and Daniel' both manage the huge volume of questions and planning with ease and expertise in their field of operation. December rains were in full force, so we were quite fortunate... More

We chose to make our first Belize experience a series of inland adventures exploring both the natural and architectural attractions of this beautiful country....and I couldn't be more happy that we did. Cayo Adventure Tours (CAT), operated out of San Ignacio provided us reliable transportation (4x4 where required) and educated local guides who added great insight to some truly unforgettable... I used CAT twice, for tours to Caracol and Barton Creek Cave. Both very easy to arrange, as a solo travaller I had told my guide Mario, about my desire to do Barton Creek on the second day, whilst at Caracol, and explained my difficulty finding a tour group to join. To my delight he remembered this and when he... More

We used CAT for our tour of the ATM caves and had a wonderful time! If you can possibly do it, go to these caves! They are somewhat challenging but if you're in decent shape you can make it okay. I'm 63 years old and had no real problems. One thing to be aware of is you need to be... More
