We visited San Ignacio for Thanksgiving, November 24 and stayed few nights. I had been told not to look for cheap companies because the service you get is related on what you pay. So I went with what I thought was the best, Pacz tours. I booked a day trip to Tikal. Our trip was awful and would not recommend... More

Highly recommend Pacz tours! My husband and I did cave tubing & zip lining with Hilberto as our guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humour. We loved the caves and always felt safe even with the current moving fast at times. On our second day, we got a private tour to Tikal with Hugo "Juice"... More

I read quite a bit about Tikal tours from San Ignacio before I decided on booking a tour with Pacz. What made me decide to book with them was everything was covered with the price of the tour, the fees to enter Guatemala, the admission to Tikal and lunch. Driving to and from San Ignacio and touring Tikal makes for... More

We loved our tour guide, Emilio, and everyone else who works at PACZ. They reserved us two spots at the last minute without having to pay ahead of time (we paid at the end of the trip). The cave tour is definitely an adventure. You will hike, swim through water, and see Mayan ruins. It's not to be missed and... More

We really enjoyed our tour with Manuel. The caves themselves really are amazing. A couple of swims, short climbs, and tight squeezes, but mostly it was just walking through water between ankle and chest depth. Hard enough to be fun for me and my husband, not too challenging for my father (60s and fairly fit). Of course, setting the artifacts... More

Hugo our guide was great. The Tikal ruins are spectacular. Only reason for four stars instead of five was that we were told at reservarion...1.) We would have the same guide from San Ignacio to Tikal in Guatemala. 2.) It would just be the four of us in our group. There were 8 guests which was fine just not expected... More

This tour of ATM was perfect and Oscar was wonderful! Very friendly, knowledge and was a smart guide. He kept us safe, protected the cave and shared his knowledge and passion with his whole heart. We highly recommend

The tour company offers great guided tours. Hassle free and price includes entry fees and lunch. We went to ATM Caves and Tikal temples. All guides are native Balizean. Manne (Manual) led the Tikal tour in Guatemala, which was spectacular. The ATM tour guide, whose name I forget, was great too. Both are must-see sites in my opinion. They offer... More

I extended my stay in San Ignacio by one day because I heard great things about the ATM Cave. I booked a tour for myself with Carlos the Caveman, but because the other couple who had booked the same tour got sick and Carlos couldn't do the tour for just one person, he hooked me up with Pacz Tours for... Decided to go with PacZ tours as Bob was very responsive to my inquiries via email. I was staying on Ambergris Caye and thus, flight arrangements had to be made. PacZ did what they promised they would do. Mr. Black met me at the Belmopan airport "terminal". Besides being punctual, he was courteous, informative, friendly, and accommodating. Mr. Black was...
