We took the ATM (Cave exploring) tour with Pacz and it was an amazing experience. The tour guides, and drivers were very good and made the whole trip great. If you are not claustrophobic, I highly recommend this tour. The only problem we had was that my friend was charged twice on his credit card by Bob and we didn't... More

We went on the ATM (Actun Tunichil Muknal) cave tour through Pacz Tours. Where you literally swim, climb over and under huge cave rocks, and trudge through water sometimes up to your chest for about a half mile into the Mayan underworld. All to find calcified offerings to their Gods which include jugs that once held food and water and... More

We used Pacz Tours to take us to the ATM Cave and Cave Tubing. Pacz Tours were very flexible and helpful when scheduling the tours (we literally booked them at the last minute the day before). Sippy was our guide for the Cave Tubing. He was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He pointed things on the way to the tubing... More

The ATM tour is not to be missed. PACZ was well organized and the tour itself is one of the best I have ever taken. The only down fall was double charges by Bob on the credit card. He charged double the price for one tour. I found it hard to believe that he would not notice the mistake if... More

We did Carocal, ATM and Xunantunich all with Pacz Tours. All three tours were exceptional. All three guides were super knowledgeable, very professional and made the experiences really fun. Great stories, lots of history and lots of pride in their country and its culture. Everything about the tours was amazing with the one exception of the less than exceptional lunches.... More

My wife and I traveled with my parents for a week in Belize. Before heading to San Pedro, we decided to spend the first two days of our trip venturing to San Ignacio and booking a tour to Tikal. We briefly browsed some different tour companies and Pacz looked good and was right down the street from our hotel so... More

Went on the cave tubing/zip lining your with Cipriano (aka Cipi). He was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. We first went zip lining and then Cipi met us to get our tubes, helmets and life vests. We walked for about 30 minutes and Cipi gave us information about the different trees and animals in the area. We reached the river and... More

My sister and I went on the group tour to Tikal, Guatemala today. Before we even booked, Bob was great at responding to all of our questions and providing excellent details of what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that we were the only people on the tour today! William drove us to Guatemala and helped us quickly... More

So we did the Caracol tour and also the Tikal tour (separate reviews for the sites). I though both guides were friendly and knowledgeable about the site and Mayan culture and history. No issues at all. Email exchange prior to the trip was good. The lunch with the caracol tour was basic (packed sandwich, chips, fruit) but the lunch for... More

Oscars was our guide and guided me through two tight spots which were no big deal at all.....u can see through the other side and water running through seems to help....bring food in a dry sac....like granola bar or trail mix...to picnic area at mouth...
