We hired San Ignacio Shuttles. We wanted to be picked up at the airport and taken to Parrot Nest Lodge in Bullet Tree. Angelica was very responsive whenever I had a question and provided great advice and directions, and of course a great price and payment options to suit our needs. James was waiting at the airport with a comfortable air conditioned van with cold water. It was a shock at just how hot Belize was. He answered all our questions and gave us lots of information along the way. We requested a stop at the zoo and James offered to be our guide. We would have been there a very long time and not seen half the animals, he knew their habits and could locate and tell us all about them. He also picked us up a few days later and took us back across the country to drop us at the ferry. He took our bags, showed us where to buy tickets and check our luggage. He really made sure we were looked after. I can't say enough good things about our experience. After our holiday, Sergio picked us up from the ferry and made sure we were safely to the airport on time, answering still more questions we had and making us feel so comfortable. San Ignacio Shuttle was perfect. They're very communicative and quick to respond to inquiries, questions, and trip modifications. The price is very reasonable for round trip service--far better than the prices the hotels charge. We had the same driver for both legs of our trip. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about Belize. He provided tips for excursions near San Ignacio and for enjoying the city itself.

Sergio is a real bro and took care of us, good driver and fun guy to talk with. Got us from Belize City to San Ignacio and the trip back as well. Good communication, recommended if you need a charter.
