Baron Bliss Lighthouse is just outside the cruise port, go outside the gate and take a right. You will see the lighthouse and the Belize sign. Only requires a quick 5 minute stop to snap a couple photos of each and be on your way.

An Englishman named Bliss left a million pounds to Belize. They built this for him and his remains are underneath. Not very special lighthouse but nice story.

The location not really far from the city center if you don't mind walking in the heat. The lighthouse is near BELIZE monument not far from the harbor of cruise ships. Is nothing special about it, but if you're in the area, you may continue...More

Another free attraction that lets you know you are in Belize as you meander the streets and ocean walk. Fun to stop and see, and of course, take the tourist photo!

We only saw the lighthouse in passing from a tour bus, but it is a beautiful lighthouse in a very picturesque location and our guide told us the story of Baron Bliss, which was fun to hear.

I love lighthouses, always have. This one is on the edge of the bay, in a picturesque location, perfect for photo ops.

Walked around the lighthouse and liked the quiet atmosphere surrounding it. It is right next to the Belize sign.
