By far the BEST tour we've had, and we have discerning taste! Thanks Bernie, Luther and Sydney for being our guides. The bus ride flew by with Bernie's comical and informative commentary. Luther kept us safe with his driving, and Sydney answered our questions and made the archeology come alive for us. You're a great team and we highly recommend your tour!

We did a tour of the Xunantunich ruins outside of Belize. Our tour guide,Joyce was absolutely fantastic. We all learned a lot about Belize. Despite problems docking the
Ship she got us to the ruins and we were able to learn and enjoy our visit.
When returning to cruise ship there was an accident on the two lane road and we were delayed about two hours.
She was very professional in handling all of this. The ship was contacted and we were assured that they would be waiting for us.
She was smart, entertaining, and made this tour a great joy.
I highly recommend the Exotic tour company. They did a great job

We came to Belize from a Royal Carribean cruise and will certainly be back. We booked this tour through the website and were met when we got off of our tender (the boat that takes you from the cruise ship to the shore) by the Exotic Eco Advantures representative and taken to an air conditioned waiting area. From there we took a boat ride about 30 minutes away to a beautiful island, I mean it was right off of a postcard! After very detailed instructions from Stacy (we loved her!) and assistance with getting into our snorkeling gear we jumped in and began our swim around to the opposite side of the island under the care of our guides who were very knowledgable. The entire island is only 1 acre in size and sits on a beautiful reef. We saw more fish and coral at this one location than the 3 different reefs we visited in Cozmel and the water was crystal clear. The island had a dressing room, restroom and a open air building in which you can purchase lobster tails being grilled on the beach or chicken. Two lobster tails with rice and corn was 12 dollars and it was delicious! After we finished snorkeling we sat on the beach, ate our lobster and took in the beautiful scenery. This was the best stop on our cruise and we will be coming back! At 45/person it was worth every penny!

The tour guides were excellent. However, the transportation was a nightmare. Princess Cruise contracted with Exotic to take us to Myan Ruins. The bus had filthy windows, so one could not view the countryside on the two hour trip one way. The restroom was beyond a nightmare. Several seats were broken. My back has been killing me since.

Look for Exotic Eco in main passage of Belize doc/port. It is really easy to deal with. Half day excursion was 50% cheaper on shore then ship offer. They will take you to Goff's Cay, Small piece of paradise on earth an incredibly beautiful little island. Stacy and her team were just... you go and meet them. It was beautifull day. We were snorkeling with Staycy's team around the Cay watching corals, baracudas, and hundred of colorfull fishes. Amaizing place. Stacy as a mermaid dived down to show and point all the variety of tropical sea. It is very safe to snorkel with those guys. After all we had just a great time snder swinging palm trees on a tiny tropical island and beautiful beach. Amaizing, wonderful experience which we would recommend to anyone visiting Belize. We booked on-line rather than through Princess Cruises (much cheaper) and found Exotic Eco to be very easy to deal with (Courtney was great, very responsive and helpful). Once we got off the tender, we were greeted on the dock and within a short period of time we were on the water heading to Goff's Cay, an incredibly beautiful little island, emphasis on little. The staff and crew was professional, informative and friendly. On arrival, our wives chose only to stay on the beach; my friend and I went snorkeling. Starting about 100 yds. off the Cay, we circled around to the other side of the Cay. The snorkeling equipment was some of the best I have ever used, and our "guide" (can't remember her name) was terrific. She repeatedly dived down to "point out" (with her snorkel) all the variety of tropical fish, coral, and flora in the area. And because local law requires everyone to wear (or "carry") a life jacket, there's little effort required to swim and witness the beautiful Carribean and all it has to offer. On the island, the barbeque chicken and lobster lunches ($10/$12) were great, especially since we ate them sitting under swinging palm trees on a tiny tropical island on a beautiful beach. (We said and heard "It dudn't get any better than this!" more than once). I personally did something stupid and accidentally hit my head. Nothing major, but it did bleed alot. The staff was very attentive and helpful, summoning an EMT who is on the staff, who was able to administer first aid on the island, and sent me on my way. An hour later as we headed back to the boat, he sought me out to make sure I was still okay and to tell me to have someone look at it if anything changed. It never did and I was fine...and grateful All in all, it wa a wonderful experience we would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Belize. (Submitted by Roc OConnell, 2/1/15)

Exotic Eco Adventure to Goff's Caye was a wonderful experience. Stacey and her Crew were just fabulous, Stacey explained to new Snorkelers the How To's, what to expect and what not to do! Very Professional and very easy to understand. Our Group consisted of a 4 year old and 8 year old and Stacey paid very close attention, very trusting with the Kids and they had a great time.
The Snorkeling on the Reef was beautiful, the swim in was not hard at all, the Guides kept the Group together and no one was rushed. Recommend the Goff's Caye Tour with Stacey, the Captain and the Crew, thank you guys!

A group of nine from our cruise group went on this excursion in January. The trip out and back were reasonably quick. Our instruction was entertaining and the snorkeling was very good, not difficult, and the water was gorgeous. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, but we send a special thank you to Tracy for the attention paid our four & eight y/o granddaughters. They had a splendid time and this is a memory they will not forget.
Our visit was not crowded at all (I would imagine the determinant is the of ships in port - only one other when we were there, and both small). The included rum punch was free-flowing and the food sold was tasty. Everyone enjoyed the outing and we would certainly do this again when we next visit Belize. We highly recommend it to others.

Angel was an excellent guide, very friendly and attentive. He gave us a map and described the particulars. "Angel" was a real gentleman. He made sure we had everything we needed and took the time to answer all of our questions. We loved all of it. The Captain in charge was very polite and kept pretty busy doing what captains do, the boat was a gem, and the crew were very helpful with the snorkeling, adjusting masks and seeing we had the right flippers, etc... We couldn't have asked for a better tour! I would recommend this tour to anyone taking a cruise. They took us through a snorkeling adventure that was excellent and we will remember for a long time to come. They were very patient with us all. Bless you guys!

Unbelievable staff and an amazing product! I currently live in Belize and decided to take a day away from the tourism village, I joined the exotic crew on the snorkelling and beach break tour.
The Caye that we went to was in itself worth the entire trip, pretty much how you would picture paradise looking. The boat ride was short and the weather held for the entire day. The staff were spending all of their time focusing on myself and the other guests and really made it a unique experience.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is looking to snorkel or just relax with their feet in the sand while they're in belize!!!

The sharks and ray tour is it on a boat or beach. If it is on a boat does it have a restroom?

The one we went on was on a small speedboat with no bathroom. There was no freshwater shower. You couldn't even move. It was difficult getting on and off the boat in a current up a small ladder. I saw a video of people who booked it outside of carnival and not through Exotic tours and the boat was much nicer. The first time we took this excursion through princess cruises the boat was a double decker catamaran with a full bathroom and a staircase that went down into the water that made it really easy to get on and off. If Carnival won't tell you the tour company, or if it is Exotic tours I wouldn't recommend you book because their boat was small, uncomfortable and the tour was badly run. I hope you have a terrific time . The reef and shark Ray alley itself as well as Caye Caulker is awesome.

Hi! We are coming to Belize, via Carnival Cruises, in 2 weeks. The whole family wants to snorkel, and enjoy the beach...I have (2) 8 year olds, a 10 year old, a 15 year old, and 17 year old. How much is it per adult, and child? And what is the age limit, on the childrens ticket?
Also, I was wondering how long the excursion is, and exactly what it entails. Thank you in advance! My family is so excited to see your beautiful country!!!

Did you pre-book your golf cart, or did you rent it at the airport in SP? May I ask how much you paid?
Thanks!

We didn't pre-book. Once we arrived in SP we walked a block or so from the airport to Moncho's Rent-A-Cart and rented one there. I believe we paid $50 - $60 (US) for 4 hours.

Would this tour be appropriate for a 4-year-old and a 12-year old? They both like the beaches & we're looking for a tour where they can go to a calm, clean beach. We'll be there while on a cruise in March.

This company offers a variety of tours. My 79 yr. Old Mother and I went to Altun Hu Mayan ruins. The tour was great. 'Jungle' Joe was very informative and was able to answer questions

On average, how many people are snorkeling during the guided tour? After that is over, can we snorkel on our own? We have our own equipment. I suppose if there are many cruise ships in Belize City, the island and reef will be crowded with tours? Thank You.

There were around 45 (?) people on the boat that took us from Belize City out to the snorkeling area.
After a short stop at the small island (to change, use the restroom if necessary), some people stayed to just have beach time and the rest of us, I think there were maybe 35 people, motored out a short distance to the reef for our snorkeling tour.
We didn't see any other groups in our area while we were on our tour.
When we returned to the small island after the tour (where there was food, a changing area, bathrooms and sandy beaches)
there was time and opportunity to snorkel by wading out.
