Wow, what a great day on this tour. Now I understand why there are so many good reviews! The whole thing was smooth and easy from the beginning to the end -- the booking, getting my questions answered, meeting up with Luis, the trip itself, returning to the ship on time. Luis knows everyone around the area and is very well connected. So we got a great parking spot at the site, we had NO line for the zip line (a big line had formed by the time we were done), we had high quality inner tubes that were brought in for us, and Luis was constantly giving us all kinds of interesting information about the area, and answering all of our questions. Such a delightful day! I am really glad I booked with them to get a more local experience than I would have gotten booking with the ship.
