Freddie is the man!!! We went on a trip today. We saw the Mayan Ruins, did zip lining and cave tubing. It was the time of our lives! Freddie was so personable, adorable and very quickly became part of our group. It was like we were all best friends. He personalized our day just for us. He spent the time to teach us so much at the ruins. The zip lining and caves were also amazing but we appreciated the conversation and the laughs. We had a strict deadline today and he got us to the water taxi with exactly 12 minutes to spare. I own a home in San Pedro and will definitely be back with my next guests. And the next ones after that!

We are a 3 generations family of 14 who owe our wonderful experience in touring Belize to William Black. From the moment he picked us up at the airport through the majestic, once in a life time trip to the ATM and the Mayan ruins of Lamanai he became part of our family. His love and pride of Belize and his customer service attitude have made our trip special, Call him at 501-622-2468 before you land in Belize.

The adventure was all coordinated for us through our resort, Ramon's Village. Keino picked me and my boyfriend up from the airport and was a great host and tour guide the entire time. He pointed out many local sites and plants along the way, explained history, and told us about local culture. He helped us experience it by treating us to fried plantain chips from a stand on the street as a snack and local barbecue chicken for lunch. Peter knew a ton about the ruins and told us lots of stories about the people. The ruins were neat because you can actually climb on top of them. And there are several "buildings" in one spot. Zip lining through the jungle was beautiful. Cave tubing is definitely worth it. There was about a 25 minute walk through jungle and river to get to the opening. Once we were in the tubes, we got to relax while Keino paddled us through the cave and pointed out different crystalline structures, waterfalls, and more.

Our family of six traveled to Belize and internationally for the first time in March. Any concerns we had were immediately put to rest by the amazing care and competence of our tour guide Keino. Keino was friendly, professional, yet relaxed and shared his beautiful country with us. We felt like welcomed friends as we explored the Maya ruins at Xunantunich, Cahal Pech and Lamanai. We enjoyed floating along peaceful river waters through natural caves and the fun of tubing behind a pontoon boat. The zip line was a blast and very safe. We loved the beautiful rivers, waterfalls and traditional lunches of smoked bbq chicken, rice and beans and homemade hot sauce. A favorite for us was swimming near the waterfalls and swinging from a rope into the refreshing, yet warm waters. We concluded our five days of tour with Keino at the Belize Zoo. The spider monkeys were so endearing and the tropical birds gorgeous representing every color of the rainbow. We were able to get so close to the wildlife in a beautiful garden setting. Thank you, William and Keino for a wonderful week! We look forward to seeing you again, upon our next visit!
