This location is nice to spend the day if you are with family or a group who have different activity levels. At this location you can lounge on the beach or play in the sunshine. And for those with historic/ cultural interest, there is a museum on location ( double check to make sure it is open before you go).... More

This is a fantastic place for the whole family! A very informative walk through the historical center, the BEST ever CARRIBEAN SALAD YOU WILL EVER HAVE and a slide down a very tall water slide into a fantastic swimming area with sandy beaches makes for a very enjoyable stay!!

Something fun and interesting to do on a Sunday. The museum was surprisingly well done. It provided insight into Belize. The marina was the closest one that still maintained insurance. The beach area rewards those who arrive early. Didn't eat at the restaurant but it appeared to offer lots of seating. All in all, a place to spend the day.

I was staying on a boat in the adjacent marina for a few days so this place was a staple. I didn't go into the historical area however the space looks quite small so I wouldn't expect too much from that. Cucumber beach has a beach, lagoon, water slide, water trampoline and they have rafts for use. The entrance price... More

Visited Old Belizes Kukmba Beach on a Sunday afternoon with some friends. Ut turned out to be really good. The water is great and the food and drinks are good too. Makes for a nice family outing. Ideal for relaxation. Definitly revisiting.

We ate here twice while in Belize City (not by choice - we were taken there by our hotel who couldn't feed us). The food was mediocre at best. I had ceviche the first night and do not recommend it. My husband had a hamburger which was not prepared as he had asked. We did better the second night at... More

We arrived at Old Belize our first thought was omg the view from the Lake was spectacular. The water was blue and clear. We did not take our swimming gear. We paid for the tour of Old Belize. We looked at artifacts. Saw how the native lived manny years ago. The freedom of living in Belize in Past. History of... More

This is informative and realistic because much of the exhibits are real artifacts. Well designed to be a walk through the history of Belize. A/C .

Old Belize is definitely worth stopping at if you're around Belize City, and the food and drink at the restaurant is delicious.

We went to Old Belize and we were so excited to see how it was in the old days; how things were done, the tools used and their style and how many of the contributions still benefits us these days. It's a nice place for tourist and locals to visit, there's also a restaurant, we didn't eat there but the... More
