Did you try sending a reservation request via the Belize Cruise Excursions website? That’s how we booked. They’ll check availability and then send you a payment link if they are able to accommodate your group. It was 40 usd and included the return boat ride to Goff’s Caye from Belize port. Once there, you could either stay on the boat and snorkel or go ashore to hang out on the beach. Equipment (snorkel, life vest and fins) were provided, as well as guides. Once back on shore, rum punch was given out and you had some time, maybe 45 minutes to an hour, to buy some lunch and relax. Only two places for food so the line was quite long for the grill.
We were on Carnival Glory but booked in advance through the tour company website as above. All of our tour group was from either Glory or the other Carnival cruise ship in port, I think it was the Freedom.
