This experience was the best of all times. The process was very easy when booking a tour for 5 people. The guides shared very educational info along with being Patient and accommodating. We shared laughs learned more about our eco system and experience once in a life time adventure. They are truly excellent and I recommend them all year round.

When the morning of our trip came and I received a text saying "We need to postpone the tour" I must admit, I was disappointed. First time in Belize, first time snorkeling experience, the next day's weather looked stormy. Now all I can say is THANK YOU for the recommendation (because they were willing to take us anyway). Turns out that the waves were super choppy, and Daniel's recommendation was spot-on, as we had the most amazing snorkeling ocean experience we've ever had. And after comparing notes with some other guests in our hotel - I think this is THE Hol Chan experience. We stopped at 7 different locations, plus a few "scoutings" to try to find manatees. At each stop we saw something more impressive than the last. Salaam and Rahim were great hosts, super friendly, totally pros. It was my first major snorkeling experience and they really helped me not just with the gear but to get comfortable in the water. We saw... EVERYTHING. Seriously - if there was a checklist for "stuff you would hope to see snorkeling in Belize" this would check every box. And since they were in the water with us, they pointed out every new/different fish, the different species of sea turtles, the baby manatee (!), and even found an octopus trying to hide in the reefs (we left it alone, but was cool to see it!). We took the water taxi from San Pedro to get to the trip (it originated on Caye Caulker), and it was totally worth the cost and time to do so. Even the provided lunch (and rum punches) were tasty! But the icing on the cake was the provided GoPro's so we could take pictures and videos of the 30+ sharks we encountered at Shark Ray Alley. Amazing amazing amazing!!!

This was the best snorkeling trip I’ve been on! Salam really knows how to find all marine life, was extremely knowledgeable about the area. He made sure that each member of our group was taken care of and able to see each animal. We also loved that Salt Life is an eco-friendly tour. They use reusable drink ware and plates when able, and they make sure to pick up any trash they see in the ocean. They also don’t feed any of the marine animals to try to preserve the natural environment as much as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for any trip you are planning.

Thank you for the feedback. We really try our best to make every trip unique, awesome and educational. This is why we like to take out smaller groups of 4-8 people, so we can give every the right amount of attention on the tour . Thank you agin for the feedback and recommendation. Send us some stickers so we can put them on our wall.

I have been to Caye Caulker many times! Eco Salt Life Tours was the best experience I have had snorkeling! Daniel is a very good man! He came to our hotel to discuss our trip and what to expect! We went to 7 different places! Snorkeling with the nurse sharks was so cool! The lunch and rum was also amazing! I am looking forward to coming back! Thanks Daniel!
