About
We just moved to our new location, sharing space with Georgie's Crust & Crumbs Pie Shop. Now located 2 1/2 blocks North of the 'roundabout' on the way to the bridge. We have the largest selection of Belizean Art in the country, with over 2500 Belize-made paintings, hundreds Belize-made Masks & Carvings. We also have the largest selection of the finest hammocks and blankets, and now Gourmet Pies and Breads.

The Gallery is still a great store to shop, now just bigger and better!
We had bought several prints years ago from Jerry to hang at our villa on the island. We decided recently to take the prints back to our US home.

Jerry was very gracious and took the frames apart so we could easily ship back to the states.

As an extra bonus we were able to enjoy one of their homemade key lime pies!

If your looking for some great gifts or something for yourself you need to check out the Gallery. You won't be disappointed!

Tightly packed with a wide array of smaller affordable prints ($18-25 US + tax), larger paintings, carvings, stonework, hammocks etc. Good one-stop shop to find a "cultural" kind of souvenir (no cheesy t-shirts or shot glasses here). Owners are friendly, and the cute little parrot they rescued now greets customers at the door.

This place has it all, you might not find it on the rack but just head over to the digitized catalog of everything you could ever hope for. This store supplies art, maps, and more.

Pro: this gallery has a large selection of canvas paintings.
Pro: They ship any canvas(s) to US or Canada for $15.00US.
A large original about 40"x32" is approx $380 US. But,
Pro: he can do a reproduction of any original in any size for a fraction of the price and you can't tell the difference. This is a fantastic option and takes only 2-3 days.

Con: the smaller items made of conch shells can be found cheaper elsewhere. For example, a pair of conch stud earrings were selling for $15US here but the lady at the local market (by the ferry terminal on west side off back street) sold them to me for $5US. So....I give him 3 stars because he is obviously over priced.

A side note for all tourists: if you buy something made of conch shell (i.e. Earrings, ceviche dish, napkin holder) you can take it home. However, if you buy one of the polished conch shells whole, it will likely be confiscated at the Belize airport. You cannot take sand or shells off the island. But if they have been altered, they are considered "art" and are allowed to leave.

"Obviously overpriced"?How do you know you got the same quality on the street? What are the posts made out of? Our wood carvings look similar to the street but are completely different. Our paintings look similar to others but ours are "sealed" others are not. It "looks" the same doesn't mean it "is" the same.

Do not shop at this art gallery! Although they beautiful things, the owner is RUDE and has not the first clue about customer service. Their prices are very high and they lie to you about the humidity and wood. There are many other galleries that have friendly and kind people.

We have the best and largest selection of hand-made arts & crafts in Belize. Yes, our prices might be higher than the souvenir shops with 'made in china' items. Customers are free to choose. I have never been rude to anybody unless they are rude to me first. We ...".lie about the humidity and wood." ?? I tried to explain how humidity affects wood, some very basic science, but this customer refused to accept it so she calls me a liar. Who is the rude one?

This business is now closed. Pls don’t make my mistake, I drove 20 minutes and searched to find this new listing is also closed. I spoke w a nearby resident who confirmed they did not reopen post COVID. TripAdvisor lists this and it is deceiving as it closed in 2020.

This gallery has a large selection of art, wooden gifts etc. they can resize pictures and ship to almost anywhere, I could browse at this shop for hours, I highly recommend it for the variety and ease of shipping BUT the owner Jerry is really rude, have I returned to shop there? Yes, sometimes I swear I won't but after a bit of time I've usually gone back, maybe one day I will have had enough and shop elsewhere, I don't think he would care as they're are many tourists coming through "for the first time" Great shop, not so great owner😊

If anyone reads the reviews, it is easy to see this is an isolated opinion. I am friendly to everyone that comes in the store, but it is true that I won't tolerate anybody that shows disrespect for me or the store. If you are friendly, I am friendly.

This place is completely full of local paintings and wood art. Bright colored paintings on canvas can be bought and shipped back home for you. The British gentlemen was friendly and ok answering all my questions. They were running a sale on some art-not sure if they always have a sale or just that particular weekend.

This shop will blow you away! It's just everything you wish for! Their stock of paintings is amazing. You view them on their computer and they custom print, whatever you want. Local artists, photographers, everyone is taking their work there. Just awesome!
Must visit!

small, quaint, but overall gives a good representation of local artisans. Beautiful work, just could buy it all and take home.
