Capt. Steve and his crew are excellent. Highly recommend. We sailed with him for two full day snorkeling trips and a sunset sail. We had a multigenerational family of 8 and the boat couldn't have been better. Lots of space, loads of comfortable seating, good amount of shade, and super flexible. Food was great. Capt. Steve definitely knows what he's doing and creates a memorable experience for your group. They are a family business that makes you feel like family. Can't wait to sail with them again.

I have done a tour with Captain Steve four times now. His boat is the best on the island, very accommodating, has everything you need. The seating is super comfy and it’s NEvER crowded. Good food, perfect everything. Will continue to go back.

Perfect day sailing with Captain Steve. Our family of 5 adults had a great day sailing to Hol Chan Reef Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley for snorkeling. Then we sailed to Caye Caulker for lunch and exploring the town during lobster fest. As it was rainy season, we did run into some good thunderstorms but Steve and Kay kept us safe and dry (if we wanted to be). A great day on a great catamaran with a great crew. Wonderful ceviche! GO!

Stephen and Josie were amazing hosts. Their boat was very comfortable. I was with a group of 6 and we had the best sunset sail experience. I highly recommend No Rush to anyone traveling to San Pedro, do not book anywhere else!

Every trip to Ambergris Caye must have one full water day with Capt. STEVE and his catamaran, No Rush! He is open and ready for business. The fish were biting and a grandfather turtle showed up for a nice swim too. When you are ready for a relaxing, safe, clean and amazing adventure look no further than Ambergris Caye, BELIZE and book a tour with No Rush!

We visited Belize last week. We were referred to no rush excursions by Belize jungle limo tours ( Micheal ). He in fact ended up giving us many recommendations !! We did do a private excursion. We met Steven and Ray at the dock at 9 am. They made us comfortable right away. Our first stop was at a coral garden. We saw a lot of beautiful fish. Steven caught a lobster. We returned to the boat and Roy made us fresh ceviche with the lobster in it. AMAZING! We then went to shark ray alley , and saw rays there also. Then they made us lunch with grill snapper and lobster , vegetables, potatoes to put on homemade tortillas. After having a few rum punches we went to the reef. We saw a 4 foot barracuda , and giant snapper . We felt very safe the whole excursion and definitely was not ready for it to end, Thanks to Steven and Roy.

Our group of 11 had a pleasant experience with Unity Tours for a morning Sail & Snorkel to Hol Chan & Shark/Ray Alley. The boat & crew was ready at the appointed time and place. The crew of three was friendly and helpful. During our snorkeling, there were two of the crew in the water with us; one took the lead and showed us the way, the other stayed at the back to make sure everyone was on track. Fish & coral were plentiful. At Shark Ray Alley, the crew chummed the sharks and we got to hold them—very docile. There were also lots of rays. We had good weather so the sailing was great, about 45 min to the 1st location and about 1 hour back to San Pedro. Beverages & snacks were plentiful. Unfortunately there were some things that keep this from being a 5* activity. The boat is a bit rough: lots of coats of paint, the tiller was made from sprinkler (plastic) pipe and the stereo speakers were makeshift boxes on the deck (the built-in speakers were apparently broken). We 1st attempted to make reservations via e-mail, but there was no response. Reservations were accomplished by phone, but had to pay international rates for the call from the U.S. And when the reservations were made, they neglected to tell us that it was cash only. Upon boarding, cash was requested for the national park fees for the 11 of us. Fortunately, the captain was willing to wait for us at the end of the trip while we made a dash to the ATM for cash to pay the balance due. I would have expected some notation of cash only on the website or when we were quoted the per-person rate when making the reservation.

We chartered No Rush Catamaran for the day with Captain Steve and Roy who came to pick us up at the dock of our Inn. The boat had tons of room for us to spread out and relax in the sun, and we sailed out to snorkel at three different spots and fish for the day in stunning turquoise waters. We loved the snorkeling, had an incredible (best fish I've ever eaten in my life) lunch cooked up by Roy and plenty of reggae tunes and rum punch (or beer). When we saw how many people were crammed on the other snorkel boats, we felt so lucky to have the 36' catamaran all to ourselves for not much more cost!

The crew was amazing! They asked what we wanted to see the most. We wanted to eat lobster snorkel and see Sea Turtles and more! They made it all happen! We snorkeled while the captain took his kayak and went spear fishing, he came back with lobster, crab , conch, snapper and more! They made us fresh cerviche before lunch, then cooked all the food on the boat and we had lunch! We then went to a second area where they believed we might see some turtles...we not only saw a sea turtle but also saw 2 Eagle Rays that were absolutely gorgeous! We also found a star fish took a few pics then released him of course! We had amazing rum punch, plenty of food and absolutely amazing time! The crew truly aimed to please! I will go back and use this No Rush Sailing Tours again for sure!! Best day best time ever with friends!!

My family and i traveled to San Pedro last summer and the Phoenix, where we were staying, suggested these guys for a private catamaran trip. We have never been steered wrong by the Phoenix so we happily went along. It ended up being the best thing we did all week. We absolutely LOVE everything about the 6 or 7 hours we spent out with Fish and the other guy, whose name escapes me a year later. Anyway, we would recommend these guys without a moments hesitation.

This past week, we returned to San Pedro and of course we all wanted to experience the enjoyment of the catamaran trip. However after looking at all of the reviews on here, we decided to give the guys at Catamaran Belize a shot. Their reviews seemed a bit better, and their boat in pictures appeared newer and  more spacious. It appeared to have a livable cabin space underneath the boat which we thought would be good for people who may want to escape the sun for a little bit. So we went with them. Our trip was very good, but not quite as great as it had been the year before with Unity Tours aboard the No Rush! The catamaran that Catamaran Belize uses (the Cas Cat) ended up being less spacious overall. The cabin portion underneath was practically unusable bc there was no breeze down there, so you couldn't stay down there very long or you would sweat to death. Also, the way the Cas Cat is configured made it very hard to get from the front of the boat to the back very quickly (or vice versa). U had to walk very slowly and carefully along a tiny path (think one foot in front of the other bc the walk space is literally 6" wide) while holding onto a rope to keep your balance. A couple of times I missed whatever exciting thing was going on up front bc i was in the back, and by the time I got there, it was over! Also, I almost lost my balance a couple of times and was afraid my camera would fall into the ocean. The guides on the Cas Cat were great and very helpful, but we loved the layout of the No Rush more, and their guides were at least as wonderful if not a tiny bit better. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy on the No Rush. Cas Cat - not so much. So, take it from someone who has now used both. You will have a great time with either, but when we go back next summer we will use Unity Tours.
