This was my second time coming to this venue and it was just as exciting and challenging as the first. Hats off to the team that comes up with these escape games....very creative & original. It certainly takes the whole team to pitch in and help with the clues. Would highly recommend!

Started off with the kids unhappy because they'd done an "escape room" before, until we started and then, they realized it was like never done/seen/experienced before and everybody got cracking to solve the riddles and the clues and, when it was all over and we escaped with 6'19" to spare, they were all excited about the fantastic experience. And BTW, this was NOT like the "escape room" they had tried before.... "it was awesome".

This was a lot of fun! Staff was friendly and helpful with the clues when we got stuck. Our room was about Time Travel, it had a difficulty rating of 6/10 and we thought it was pretty challenging yet fun. We did not exactly make our time but we were able to figure it out within a few minutes over. Definitely recommend for a fun evening. Room was nice and cool. Great break from the heat!

Excellent!!
We were a family of 7, including a 5 year old child and we had a brilliant time!
Each room was different and created an interesting experience. We got just enough clues to get us through, although sadly we were minute away from finishing it successfully. The Escape Room experience was new to all of us and not one person in our group had anything but very positive things to say.
The crew was marvellous and very very friendly
Would definitely recommend and would definitely return for another room!
Thank you

Fantastic! We didn't solve it in time, but it was challenging and fun! It was our third escape room, and be far the best so far. The guide was helpful when asked and let us finish even though we were out of time. Would definitely chose again when in the area

Urban Escape Games is an excellent escape room venue! The rooms are very challenging, but it is also great for beginners, as the staff really want you to love escape rooms as much as they do. They are very accommodating and seem committed to your success.
This was my second time ever doing an escape room. My 23 year old son and I had a ball! Great mental challenge and fun to work together. We could ask for help when we wanted it and there was not a limit to the amount of help you could receive.
Taking the whole fam back at Thanksgiving!

Whenever we get a chance to get out, we go here! We have done every room and loved everyone! Totally recommend going. It's great for family and friends or even a team building. If you are in town, make it a point to take a night or afternoon and do it. We can't wait to go back and do them all over again.

We went into the Pharoh’s Curse Room and loved it. Literally finished with seconds to spare. Really challenging and kept us working from one thing to the next. Only request, something to write on to keep track of some of the translations. Other than that, great puzzles and difficulty. One of the harder rooms we’ve conquered.

My husband and I were very excited to try this new game trend. This might have been fun but unfortunately for us excitement turned to frustration and ended with disappointment. We were grouped with a family of 4 for a total of 6 players for one room. Unfortunately the family basically teamed up essentially pushing us aside and excluding us from the group. Any time we tried to contribute we were ignored or our ideas were pretty much dismissed. I do not believe the family intentionally meant to exclude us but this is ultimately what happened in our case leaving us with an experience that really sucked and ended up putting a damper on the rest of our day. I STRONGLY suggest anyone thinking about this activity to try and book a room with people you know for the maximum # of people required for the room to help avoid being overrun by a group who have an established familiarity with one another. If you are a couple I wouldn't suggest this activity unless you could be teamed up with others who are all unfamiliar to even out the playing field...so to speak.

Amber,
We are so sorry to hear that your visit wasn't awesome. We aim for every game to be awesome, and it's a shame that the interplay between groups tarnished that for you and your husband. As you said, it was probably unintentional - the atmosphere is tense and fast-paced, and we've seen that play out a lot of different ways. Usually, the challenge of our games brings people together. We hate that you didn't get to have that part of the experience.
Your recommendation to others booking a game makes a solid point. Roping in a few extra friends or another couple may make the experience better for some future players. Thank you for adding in that advice.
Again, we're sorry that you had a two-star experience. If you decide to give us a second chance, we know we can prove that we are a five-star business!

A great time - everyone had a blast. the staff was really friendly, the information was clear and informative. You're in an office park and inside one of the businesses.
For all those that fear claustrophobia, don't, it's no different than being in an office conference room or a classroom. The door is always unlocked, but you won't even think about it because you're so busy.
We did the FBI/Mafia room, we had 8 people and we almost escaped with no clues! I think it would have been better with 6 people, just because there was a small bit of downtime for a few folks.
I could see getting 2 rooms at the same time and racing each other to the finish which would allow for 12-16 people.
We will definitely go back.
