We enjoyed reading the history of Arcadia posted on the walls as well as all the unique antiques. They have everything from jewelry, tools, household goods artwork and clothing. Something for everyone. It was warm and the stairs were steep.

We climbed all those steps with a printed promise of air conditioning. Not only is it hot, but it was stifling. The history of the allegedly haunted old theatre is intriguing. But if it's hot out the antiques available upstairs didn't seem worth the effort...More

Very much worth a visit to this building, the “not for sale” memorabilia is very interesting as is the stage area. The “antiques” are very over priced, but I’d still recommend a visit.

Let’s face it, people are just not as into antiques anymore- we noticed a lot less stuff in the Opera House- still worth a visit if you like antiques!

There is no access to this store other than via stairs. Once you get to the top of the stairs, it is several rooms. Stuff is crammed everywhere. There is no organization to most rooms (which have been told are "booths" for vendors). It is...More

Could have spent hours there, from room to room looking at all the antic and interesting stuff they have, but we ran out of time. This is a great antic shop, with a lot of history. Definitely a must do when in Arcadia.
