Nice trail meandering through several small towns and subdivisions. Nice little nature walk near 1st mile on western side. Winter Garden is kind of neat. Lots of shops and restaurants. Bike rentals at various stops along the way.

Too bad we chose such a hot day to bike this trail; it started out being shaded by jungle-like trees, but eventually opened up to sun, sun, and more sun. Not great for a 90 degree bike ride. Nevertheless, it's a great workout, lots of...More

I ride this trail twice a week, and have for the last 10 years. It is one of the main reasons I started riding after I retired. It is a safe, car free, well paved trail through many beautiful sections of trees and country side....More

Rented a bike from Winter Garden Wheel Works, once on the trail it was great to be able to stop along the way as I hadn't done much biking over the past years. Plenty of places to stop and see along the trail, nicely paved...More

This is a great trail that is safe and is a long enough distance to be good exercise. It also goes through the town of the Winter Garden which is a lot of fun. Highly recommend it if you’re into cycling.

Tree-lined and quiet. Plenty of bikers, runners and walkers, but plenty of room for all. Everyone I come across is friendly and in the outdoor feeling good zone.

Highly recommend using the Trail to get in shape. 1/10 mile markers help gage how far you go. Watch our for the hills!

Any bike riders out there? I am coming to town this week, and have very limited time. I would like to ride bike, and have found a place where I can rent one. I am staying at Doubletree Universal. Are there any trails or bike lanes in that area? I know West Orange Trail looks nice, but seems too far. I don't mind riding safe roads. Any suggestions?

I use the Seminole-Wekiva trail once or twice a week and it's very nice. But, there are probably some that are closer to you. I would assume that no roads down that way are safe for bikes. Florida drivers are bad enough, but you throw in a wide mix of folks from all over the world who are out of their element and it gets way worse. I thought I recalled seeing some sort of a nice bike trail along Universal Blvd recently, but it doesn't seem to be on the current satellite shot or Street View.
