Another thing off my bucket list. It was just one manatee but it was incredible to see this massive animal along with a lot of other fish species along with black tip sharks. Gift shop was nice also just need more help.

The weather got cold and the manatees arrived! the warn water generated by the electric plant brings them there by dozens! the viewing area is a great walkway, easily accessible , if it is sunny wear sunglasses to help with the glare on the water....More

Tide was in, wind roughed the water surface, couldn't see much--a few fish in the shadows of the mangroves and a very interesting shrub with bristle-covered pods.

I love the viewing center. People miss so much if they don’t wear polarized sunglasses. When you wear them, you can see all different kinds of fish in the water. Makes a much more enjoyable visit.

Not sure. Also the employees did tell us as the weather gets warmer there will be less sightings. There are more manatee's in the winter /cooler months. Not sure when you are planning to go. We only saw one Manatee last... More
