The museum is interesting, but the best time to visit is Wednesdays in season when local bakers produce homemade bread based on the recipe used by the island's original settlers. Take it home for a real treat!

We went to this meeting with our two children (ages 5 & 7) and were delighted. As soon as we stepped in we were greeted by a volunteer who set us up with a scavenger hunt to complete. Since the museum is pretty small it...More

This may only be a very small museum but the information about the area and its history is very enlightening. The mainly volunteer staff are very helpul and add thier own perspective to the information.

This is a nice little museum, a fun place to stop while exploring the island to enjoy some air conditioning and learn about the island's unique history. Don't forget to go inside the old jail!

This is a small, locally run Museum where you can learn about Anna Maria history. The Museum has been recently renovated, is staffed with helpful personnel. And it's free.
